The staff was great. However the reception closes at 8:00 and without the local number and calling them it’s impossible to get in.

We enjoyed our stay as a family. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient to access restaurants with a short walk. Parking was easy to find.

Boa noite. No dia 18 de dezembro faço um ano de namoro e queria passar este dia em Ericeira. Comprei um pacote da "Lifecooler" e no site do próprio havia a possibilidade de escolher o hostel "chill hill", fiz a escolha. Primeiro enviei e-mail mas ninguém me respondeu. Depois liguei e o rapaz nao foi muito simpático ( pelo facto de eu ser brasileiro) disse que não conseguia ajudar, em seguida de imediato a minha namorada ligou de volta (portuguesa) de facto que ela a atendeu super bem, enfim. O dia foram passando e hoje dia 13/12 lhe voltamos a ligar para confirmar, o mesmo atendeu e disse que não estava informado sobre isso e que iria procurar se informar e iria nos contactar de volta, passou-se o dia e nada do retorno. Tentamos ligar algumas vezes mas ninguém nos atendeu. Resumo: péssimo atendimento, preconceito, falta de responsabilidade no trabalho e para com os clientes, para mim isto foi um aviso para no marcar nada para aquele hostel.

Poucas condições reservei para 5 dias mas acabei por sair ao terceiro dia. A água era fria do duche ,os quartos eram frios ,pedi para trazerem mais uma manta nem fizeram caso. Não recomendo... Podiam ter mais atenção aos clientes é a minha opinião

L'endroit pourrait être agréable notamment grâce à la terrasse du jardin et au calme qui règne dans le quartier. Malheureusement la literie inconfortable, l'état de propreté loin d'être irréprochable de la salle de bain commune, l'eau et l'électricité capricieuses dans les sanitaires qui obligent à prendre une douche tiède et dans le noir de surcroît, la cuisine ou règne le plus grand désordre, la désorganisation du petit déjeuner, ... ont rendu le séjour peu appréciable. Certes, le tarif est raisonnable mais c'est au détriment de la prestation.
