Very nice hotel with a nice hottub but a smallish pool. The on site restaurant and atnosphere were top notch. The setting was great, right on the lake but a bit far from Presque Isle. Overall, this hotel comes highly recommeded.

Only good thing about this hotel was the location. Other then that the room had many issues with it. Definitely not worth the price.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was great. The hotel and grounds were very clean and parking was super easy. I will definitely come back next time I'm in town.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary last weekend at the Sheraton Bayfront in Erie, and we highly recommend this hotel. The location is great, right on Lake Erie in view of Presque Isle. The hotel was recently remodeled and looks great. Most significant, every staff member we encountered was polite, professional and super helpful. The restaurant, Two45, was excellent, and there are several more good restaurants within a short walk. Bottom line, we highly recommend this hotel!

Arriving at this property there was no dining area available. There was no mention of construction prior to reservation. Was woken up at 830 am with the entire room shaking when I called down to the desk to ask for a working iron board I told the front desk clerk about the noise and she told me that there was work on the third floor, I was on the 5th and felt like it was in my room. She did apologize, but it was totally unacceptable. I want to be compensated for this. I traveled from Boston to Cleveland to Erie for a wedding. I was only there for 1 night and it was not to my expectations. I would have stayed at a different hotel had I known.
