We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our king room suite. The full sized refrigerator was a huge plus. It did need some attention given to the carpet in the living room area as there are (what looked like) tomato sauce stains and a juice stain. It also needed vacuumed better. The mattress was softer than we are normally used to, but wasn't bad. I think it's the first hotel room I've ever walked into and the a/c was actually on and the room was nice and cool. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast, w/o orange juice. Nothing special. My husband said "they use real eggs and not carton or powdered." Being a holiday weekend, they were having trouble keeping up with the supply/demand for breakfast. It is noisy at night until about midnight with cars and motorcycles flying up/down the street. Music across the street is also pretty loud.
I cannot say enough about the front desk staff. Matt was extremely nice when we checked in, and he also came up to the room because we couldn't figure out the bedroom TV.
It's only about a 3-4 minute drive to Presque Isle State Park. All in all I would consider staying here again.

Great location at the lake side, near large marina. I enjoyed it. The hotel itself is clean and rooms are spacious. No serious remarks, perhaps the breakfast could be more diversified (vegs) and healthier. Perhaps will come back one day. Recommended.

My stay at the Cobblestone at Erie PA, was exceptional. Jody was great, as well as Amy. Actually the entire staff was fantastic, I had the pleasure of meeting all of them, unfortunately I can't remember everyone's name. I will definitely return.

We made a reservation at this hotel because I was having a procedure done the next day at UPMC Hamot. We made it VERY clear that we needed a first floor room as this hotel does NOT have an elevator and stairs are a problem. When we arrived they put us on the second floor. We explained our situation but the desk clerks didn’t seem to care. They had many unclaimed reservations on the first floor but would not switch ours to the first floor. The staff is very unprofessional. The room is dingy and dated. The carpets in the halls look like they have not been cleaned in ages. I would not stay here again.

This hotel was a great location to watch the 2024 Solar Eclipse. Our room had a view of lake Erie and it was a short walk to the water. The staff and everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. A plus is the hotel's hot breakfast included in the price.

Loved it here! Went to Erie for the Eclipse and stayed three nights. Usually stay in Hilton locations and this was way better! The staff was friendly and prepared so many nice touches for the experience. Decorations, snack items, solar glasses to start. On Monday a taste of Erie lunch was available with local items. Even had live music and drinks set up outside. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Also within walking distance to downtown. Everything was just great!

Great stay. Staff VERY helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean. Beds were comfy. Nice bedding and towels. Standard free breakfast. NO complaints from me which says a lot. I am very picky and have high expectations when staying at a hotel. Would absolutely stay again!
