We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our king room suite. The full sized refrigerator was a huge plus. It did need some attention given to the carpet in the living room area as there are (what looked like) tomato sauce stains and a juice stain. It also needed vacuumed better. The mattress was softer than we are normally used to, but wasn't bad. I think it's the first hotel room I've ever walked into and the a/c was actually on and the room was nice and cool. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast, w/o orange juice. Nothing special. My husband said "they use real eggs and not carton or powdered." Being a holiday weekend, they were having trouble keeping up with the supply/demand for breakfast. It is noisy at night until about midnight with cars and motorcycles flying up/down the street. Music across the street is also pretty loud.
I cannot say enough about the front desk staff. Matt was extremely nice when we checked in, and he also came up to the room because we couldn't figure out the bedroom TV.
It's only about a 3-4 minute drive to Presque Isle State Park. All in all I would consider staying here again.

Great service and one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Nice breakfast and the small lobby bar is a nice touch. Very friendly staff. The Air Conditioner in our room held the temperature nicely and the big fluffy towels made getting dry after bathing very comfortable.

I want to first say this is our third stay here ( in a year and a half) and it has progressively gotten worse every time. We booked the hotel for a family weekend stay and my young son (10) couldn’t wait to swim in the pool and we were excited to relax in the hot tub. Sadly, they pool and hot tub were not in service AGAIN. I say again because last summer we stayed here and the pool & hot tub was out of service so this is nothing new. I just wish it would have stated pool out of order because I would not have booked this stay.
The breakfast had very little & no coffee for an hour. Our room was nice & clean.
The staff was VERY nice, all the ladies were sweet & extremely nice!
I’m sad to say this is our last visit here.

We got there no towels in our room. We ask for some they gave us 2 for both of us. Next morning i ask for some towels they said they dont have any. There snack has nothing really. Breakfast sucks. The bar wasn't stocked. We stay here a few times a year and has never been bad. Idk what is going on but i honestly dont think ill stay here again.

I always have an enjoyable stay at Cobblestone. It's not fancy, but cozy and perfectly adequate for a comfortable stay. I appreciate the coffee in the room and the temperature control, and the showers have always had good temperature and pressure. I've always felt the rooms were clean.

Excellent place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and accessible to get to. The pool was refreshing and nice because it rained for an entire day of our trip. We only wish that the hot tub was a bit cleaner. And the access to coffee 24 hours was amazing!
