Amazing 10 days. Words cannot describe the beauty of this place...yes maybe the rooms were a little tired but it gave it the rustic feel and could not fault the cleanliness.. the staff couldn't do enough for you. Due to flight delays they even kept the restaurant open for us we hadn't even checked in at this point... There was a great variety of food so always found something to eat. The sealife was amazing we saw a turtle, sharks a wonderful array of colourful fish and even got to see a pod of dolphins not once but twice. After a week of looking we eventually found the fruit bats hanging about in the trees. All I can say is to us it was paradise and will be returning next year. ( But please can we have the same room 😁)

10 night trip booked via Blue Bay Travel for my Husband and I. Very long journey for us 24 hour door to door. Speed boat transfer wait in Male 45 minutes. Met at Eriyadu and offered a cold flannel and iced tea which was welcomed. Quick check in and shown to our deluxe beach villa which was positioned near the beach bar. The room was spacious but some areas like the flooring and doors in need of urgent repairs. Large bed and a single bed , two chairs, a dressing table and only one bedside table. Good air con, comfortable bed. Hot water and reasonable water pressure for a shower but not enough to fill the bath. Lack of power points. Tv had no signal and patchy internet. Issue with bathroom when it rained due to open air shower. The floor flooded which caused serious slip hazard. Marketed as 4 star which it is not. Our room was kept very clean by our room boy who visited twice daily and did an excellent job. The food was edible however not once in 10 days did we get a hot meal even when attending restaurant at opening time. The A / I drinks for us were fine and both Tea and Coffee good. The entertainment was dire ! The island is lovely with some good snorkelling. At times during our visit the sea was choppy so only got one kayak trip in. I must complement all staff as they work long hours and have always got a smile and good morning or afternoon for you. The front desk staff were not friendly and we had to ask repeatedly for an ironing board and information on our departure. The return transfer to Male was extremely unpleasant as sea choppy. We had a lovely holiday but would probably not return to this Island.

General - It is a small and beautiful island, not far from Male(aprox 1h by speedboat), very relaxing, good services, helpful and friendly staff. What we liked: Snorkeling around the island is absolutely beautiful. There are significant variety of corals and fish, turtles and sharks, and other marine life – for us this was the main reason for choosing this resort and we were not disappointed Vegetation of the island is good developed and offer shadow from the sun almost everywhere Food was good and tasty, also we liked deserts (they served different flavored pana cota that we enjoy at lunch and dinner) Even the island is small they manage to arrange a small gym for the clients There is a diving school that offer a large service variety, including some interesting trips: in the season you can see manta-ray, which can be a really special experience. Check-in was very fast, 15-20 min we received the room. What we didn’t like: Boat transfer – it was a really disappointing and bad experience, especially on return to Male. Also, from my point of view, it is a very expensive service for a group transfer considering the average salary in the country (at this price it should at least be a private transfer). Overall we recomand the island especially for the persons that love snorkeling and marine life.

Travelled end of April beginning of May, thought we weren’t going to make it as our flights through Dubai were cancelled two days before departure,rebooked through Doha, Island is small but perfect for our needs,basic but functional rooms,plenty of greenery to give shade when needed,we like full sun and after a week changed from room 236 to 260, too hot from 1-3pm but siesta time, then back out till sunset and later dinner, Food in restaurant was good,puddings were delicious,special thanks to waiters Ryan,Opu and Annais who looked after us very well. Drinks in the bar are adequate on included AI, On snorkelling found the reef to be bleached but plenty of fish with occasional turtles ,black tips and eagle ray,and easy going all the way round the island. Had a couple of issues with the rooms which were sorted quickly thanks to Moomin, Anna and I think from his spelling Movind, All the staff are welcoming and help if and when required. This island is Basic ,there’s not that many left now. For what you pay ,we couldn’t fault it

A magical experience Thanks to the General Manager, Mr Salih and his staff (especially Raj - catering manager; Ahmed - head of room services) for organising a banquet for us right on the beach on our final evening. Shout out to the team - Derek & Edna - Chris & Leoni - Phil & Sarah - Jide & Elsie An unforgettable week of blue sea, white sand, fantastic meals and to crown it off a banquet on the last night. Wonderful!!

Приехали на 4 ночи. Сразу скажу, если вы искушённый путешественник по мальдивским резортам, то вам не сюда. Данный отель уровня гест хауса только с тем отличием, что это не локальный остров, и повсюду бикини бич. До принятия этого факта была очень расстроена тем, что выбрала это место. Я хотела именно резорт с красивыми картинками, где море, песок и зелень радуют глаз. К сожалению, здесь не так. Поселились в номере на первом этаже из двух. Повезло - есть выход к морю сразу. Это огромный плюс, слышен шум волн. Номер очень уставший (как и все на этом острове). Нет мыла, полочки в душе и вообще ничего, что делает пребывание тут комфортным. Тумба под раковиной вызывала ужас (см. фото). Вся территория выглядит заброшенной и печальной. Куча каких-то железных конструкций, входящих в воду, сухие кусты, странные пирсы, на которые ещё нужно взбираться. Или обломки камней. Нет тут райского пляжа как с картинки. Не красиво. При типе питания FB вода на завтрак/обед/ужин не предполагается, только сладкая крашенная жидкость. Мы покупали каждый раз воду в графине по 2,5$ за 0,5 л (+10% сервисный сбор и 12% налог - относится ко всем позициям). Бесплатно дают бутылку 0,5 л в пластике на человека в день. С одной стороны острова слышен шум генератора и постоянно пахнет соляркой. С трудом представляю, как с этим соседством можно комфортно жить. Экскурсий нет, в дайв центре сказали, что у них только 1 бот. Единственная доступная: ночной сноркелинг. Старалась найти плюсы, и они есть. 1. Чистая вода и пляж. Заход в море без кораллов. 2. Вкусная еда в столовой, разнообразная, есть фрукты, курица, рыба, говядина. Свежая выпечка. 3. Очень дружелюбный и приятный персонал. Уборка в номере и свежие полотенца ежедневно. 4. Ночной сноркелинг понравился, особенно плавать в сопровождении джекфиш. Мальчик гид был очень дружелюбный и показывал все самое интересное под водой. 5. Есть цапли, и они не боятся людей, можно близко подойти и сфотографировать. 6. Риф неплохой, но и не потрясает разнообразием, есть рыбки. Точно не вернусь сюда. По ощущениям, хозяин забросил его и абсолютно не готов поддерживать уход за этим островом.

Sono appena rientrata con il mio compagno da una splendida vacanza all’Eriyadu!! Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Le camere erano pulite davvero bene dal personale.. la cucina discreta! Se si cerca l’animazione e’ meglio cercare altro ma se si vuole un posto dove rilassarsi, con un mare stupendo e un bel reef da ammirare facendo snorkeling questo è il posto giusto. Unico lato negativo è stato il trasferimento all’aeroporto l’ultimo giorno visto che, con un volo alle 23.40, siamo stati portati all’aeroporto intorno alle 16. Capiamo le esigenze ma il rientro a casa è stato davvero lungo e stancante. Per il resto ci sentiamo molto soddisfatti della nostra vacanza. Il Wi-Fi è ben funzionante ed è gratuito!! Tornerei ancora all’Eriyadu.
