Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport Reviews

I forgot to take pictures. This hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel has a shuttle bus. Go out from the door next to the car rental on the first floor. It should be platform 9 to 10. The green bus. The room is relatively large and the facilities are relatively complete, but the decoration looks a bit old. The breakfast is relatively simple. It is not a buffet, but a set meal. It is also OK. There is a convenience store, a subway, and a hamburger nearby.

There is a shuttle bus at 4 o'clock, which is very convenient and takes 10 minutes. The bed is very soft and I slept very well. Although it is not new, it is clean and has everything it should have. I will stay here again next time when I transit.

It's very humid and the bedding is very poor. The only convenience is that it's close to the airport. But please choose carefully. I was covered in red bumps when I slept. The air conditioner in the hotel was noisy, but it was of no use. The soundproofing of the room was also very poor.

The service is average, the facilities are old, and it should have been upgraded and renovated long ago

There is a gym, a swimming pool, and an airport shuttle bus, which is very convenient. The facilities have been around for some years, slightly older. Very close to the airport. There is a hamburger restaurant not far away.

Not bad, quite convenient.

Exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a bit old, but it's OK

Because I had to catch a flight in the morning, I chose this hotel. It was pretty good.

Poor lighting in room. Too short shower curtain. Very slippery floor in handicapped shower. Easy chair and nightstands showed extreme age. They would not have been bought in a rummage sale.

Unfortunately, we stayed at this hotel. Thank goodness it was only for one night. We asked for adjoining rooms long before we arrived. Needless to say - that didn't happen. The bathroom had a 1/2 bar of soap from the previous customer in the shower stall. There were two shampoo bottles but no conditioner. There weren't any plastic glasses so I took them from the ice bucket tray (one was cracked so I took one from the coffee maker tray). The chair at the desk has a big piece of metal sticked out which almost ripped my husbands sweater. Because of that metal piece - the wallpaper wall looked like a cat scratched it up at the level of that piece of metal. The Bed sheets were clean but the box spring cover was very dirty. Looked like it was dragged along a concrete floor and then thrown on the bed frame. I suppose I could have complained at the desk but figured it wouldn't go anywhere. BUT since you are asking for my rating - I am hoping that every once in awhile, the hotel management would check things like this out. For the amount we paid for the two rooms - we also hoped we would get a voucher for breakfast. But as luck would have it, we went to the nearest Waffle House and was had the best breakfast there and met the nicest waitress (Jennifer) and the nicest customers as well.

Much construction and repair, both hot tub and steam room have been closed for years! Inexperienced staff reflecting poor management!

Our unexpected needs were met by the CVS vending machine. The food for breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. They provided a shower chair for us. Only wish we had brought our bathing suits. Thank you.

Lovely gathering area in the lobby, quick check-in. Great banquet rooms with excellent food! Nice very and clean rooms.
