From booking with Rita to checking out was a beautiful experience. Staff is very friendly and hotel is clean and very spacious. We will definitely make this place our stop when in Ohio.

Property need lots of upgrades. Carpet was in really bad shape. Staff were nice. Looked to be getting ready to do some work on it, but when you first walk in the carpet was terrible. Was disappointed as it has the Wyndham name attached to it to be so run down. Breakfast was lacking.

Everything was updated and nice, but the bed was overly firm. It was so uncomfortable for me and my boyfriend that it was an issue getting to sleep. Woke up completely stiff and aching. They should invest in better quality mattresses and charge more for the stay.

This hotel looks okay outside but as soon as you walk in, the ceiling in the lobby area looks like it’s falling down. There are holes in it. The people at the front desk has no interest whatsoever on assisting. AirPods in the ears and always on the phone and when approached, it felt like I was inconveniencing them. The room's condition looks like a motel room in the most horrible place in America. I had roaches in the bathroom. The carpet looks and smells like it’s been there for over 10 years. The hinges all have corrosion. The doors and drawers are pealed off due to the humidity inside the room. Our stay was absolutely terrible. I could have spent the same amount of money for a way better place because the worst part is that this hotel it’s no cheap at all.

The breakfast was very poor. The first day the crock pots (to keep the food warm) we’re not turned on. The food was cold (biscuits and gravy) the second day it was a little better but still not good. We skipped the third day and ate cereal in our rooms. The pool was cold! The staff were there but never said anything to us coming or going.

That was a great stay and I slept like a dream in super comfy room all at a sweet price.I really loved the welcoming vibe of the lobby and the staff is very attentive. I'll remember the breakfast experience forever! Its was like a delicious morning celebration.Absolutely, I would recommend to stay without any doubt which is a great choice.

I put on there to pay at the hotel and they took it out before i got there and i booked 3 rooms with my card and they took out for 2 room and didnt take my room out and said it was on a different booking and i have hotels com so i dont think i will be going back there

The Staff was so nice and helpful. They helped a lot with directions in the area. The hotel room was very clean and nice. The beds were wonderful!
The property had a lot of construction in the front and the road to it was hard to find because it was blocked by construction.
