The owner shouted me for arriving late. She was very rude. We were in the dark almost the whole week but she had a back up which she switched on when she wanted. The room was very bad, just cement on the floor and very for the value, It rained and there was a lick from the ceiling to my bad. Not even an apology for that. I knocked for an iron on Friday she did not open because it was before 8.

Guesthouse was clean and friendly staff. Did not have breakfast in the morning but could smell from my room and it made me hungry. Well done to Management for keeping a high standard.

We enjoyed to be there ,and the people at the Reception was so friendly to us ,also the was LOADSHEDDING but doesn't affect us because there is solar panels, lights on ,bathing with warm water ,the price is reasonably

We felt safe with the car parked inside and everything was clean and neat and we had all that we needed. The room had extra blankets and the beds were comfy- it was a very pleasant stay and we had a warm welcome.

The room was very neat and well presented, clean and well maintained. The heated blankets and fireplace provided are wonderful for the cold winters! The only disappointment was the hot water in the shower which didn’t get very warm but that may have been a temporary issue.

This is really a truckers / travelers type stay over. Not a place to spend time. The reception was unprofessional and curt. The WiFi didn’t work. Shower tiles required shower shoes. The venue is situated next to a sports ground and was very noisy, even on a Sunday night. Bedding and towels were clean. I would say it was an unfriendly and impersonal experience.

Super warm welcome, amazing host, fantastic facilities that gave us everything we needed for our stop over. If we are ever stopping by in Ermelo, this will definitely be our number one stop. We would highly recommend.
