Although the hotel room was good and food was also tasty our experience was spoil t by the fact that in our room the ac was not working and the hotel could not rectify immediately. Since it was late in the night we could not shift to another room. We have basically stayed in a non ac room and paid for ac room. Also some bathroom fittings to hold clothes were all broken. I request makemytrip to charge only for non ac room

Room was good. Bed is filled with bed bugs. It ruined my entire sleep. I have worst experience. After informing the same to the hotel ***ager. He was not cared about it. Overall i have a strange experience staying here

The hotel is very close to the railway station with connectivity to good transportation. The hotel environment is pleasant with well maintained clean rooms. The food is tasty and the staff are courteous.

Very neatly maintained and good hospitality. Food in restaurant was also good. Stayed for a day with family, good place for family stay. However, the rest rooms and facilities given for the drivers (i travel-led by car with my driver) was too bad, that my driver had to use a nearby pay and use facility. It would be great if the hotel pays attention in maintaining the rest rooms and bath facilities for drivers in an acceptable ***ner
