It's an old property that is not very well maintained. The towels that they provide are dark coloured and was not surprised after smelling them. The odour of the towels were awful! They have very limited staff and hence not sure about the quality of service. The rooms are not sound proof and sleep quality is not good. Only recommended if there is no other option.

We were allotted on top most floor, a typical atrium like configured floor with very few rooms. Some of the rooms, the ***agement kept it for their personal use with outside open lock . Something unusual amidst guest rooms. Midnight unusual sounds and horrible disturbing actions on corridors. Night duty staffs taking the incidents casually. If you are allotted fouth floor rooms, guests with family please be careful. Otherwise rooms are neat and modern with all amenities for a nice stay.

this is only hotel available in this town at this category. some how it is ok to stay for a nigh . rooms are good . but cafeteria staff are obedient , but the major problem is they are easily forgetting the orders . just because of this restaurant sale is going down. over all food is good.reception staff are good. bath towels are very small.

We stayed there on the Christmas day on our way to Bangalore since we reached Erode by 6 pm and it was raining hence unable to drive at night. It is a decent hotel in the town, little bit aged but still ok for one night stay. I booked through Agoda and reached the hotel soon and by that time my booking reservation printout was ready. Rooms are adequately spacious for 2 and neat. Restaurant is neat & clean and serving tasty food. We saw ***y local people from outside also visiting the restaurant for food. Breakfast buffet was limited but sufficient. CONS : (1) When we arrived at the hotel by 6 pm, it was raining, and one security person was sitting in the entrance but didn't even look on us. Parking in the front is little bit tricky due to the limited space but he didn't care to help us and any staff not helped to shift the luggage also. The security on the next day morning was helpful during our checkout. (2) The towels and the pillow covers are of coffee brown colour, which I don't like. Hotel towels should be white and funky. (3) Kettle handle was broken and wrapped with an insulation tape. However, I recommend this hotel for short stays.

Very nice hotel, clean spacious room. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had a good shower with hot water. Wi-Fi was good. Amenities great and restaurant was good too. We only stayed overnight between train journeys as it was near to the station. Just be careful if booking online as I booked a single room which stayed for two adults on my booking confirmation but it was in fact only for one adult. Luckily after showing them the email I didn’t incur any more cost

I booked a room named club single with misleading description 2 adults allowed and photos with two single beds. But when I reached the hotel the front desk staff argued that there is some error in their site and only one person is allowed. They refused to cancel the booking and asked me to cancel it myself which is not allowed at the time of reaching hotel. They did not even inform me prior reaching hotel. They made me pay extra for staying which I did because I did not have any time.. Overhyped hotel with rude staff. Avoid at all cost. Better options available.

The room was kept clean. The food in the restaurant is very good. A very good stay at Erode. Closeness to Railway station is also a plus point. The front desk operation was quick and good. wifi facility was also good
