I usually don't comment but after coming here I changed my mind yes guys I am talking about the restaurant at Ratna Residency. Food here is delicious and clean. It can be said that it is a suitable place to come and eat as a family. The staff working here spoke kindly to me. In a word, everything is wonderful

We did my son's Engagement function @ Rubby Hall on 8th June, 2023. The Entire place was clean, they have hand over the hall well in advance, the cooperation of the staff was excellent. The food taste was very good. Overall we are very happy

Had a great experience in B&W Bar. Staffs are so reliable and very comfort in this bar. Ambience are so good while comparing other bars in erode mainly hot place of the city More no of peoples are suggested for me to had a drink @ this bar💞

Our stay was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located just near the bus stand. Situated at such a convenient place, still it offers a very private, comfortable and spacious stay. The staff was polite and prompt. They helped us with an early check-in on request. Food and specially breakfast was sumptuous and stayed on our taste buds. Thanks to the ***agement and staff for making our stay so comfortable! Definitely recommend to all those who are visiting Erode.

We had a dinner at your restaurant last week,very nice atmosphere and treat as a friendly guidence. Taste is good, especially I like very much your ***churian dish. Next we can try your breakfast surely. Staffs are guiding nice way. Cleanliness also very good.

We are came get-to-gether our family for Dinner. The Restaurant ambience looking very good and There having your staffs are very calm persons and Treat very neatly. All dishes are very good taste and Hygienic. Restaurants Staff Service very neatly doing. We will refer definitely our friends circle also

If you book this hotel, carry your towels from home. Staff is shameless, very rude and least consent about guest problems. For every facilities you are paying, you have to fight for it to get it. After requesting multiple times for any kind facilities, they don't bother. I have booked it for 3 days but second night I have left the hotel, bcoz I felt humiliated.

The ambiance is very nice. I am extremely satisfied with the hospitality service. Food is yummy and delicious. The price is reasonable. Totally we all like Ratana residency.I will refer my friends and families.

Food was amazing... Especially the lunch. It was a pleasant stay, rooms were good and cost effective as well. Banquets were pretty good, well maintained property with courteous staffs. Overall a good experience will definitely recommend to others.
