Nice staff, but the service is very bad. Delay in satisfaction of services, rooms large but not clean. Dirty sheets and blankets. Very average breakfast and meals. This does not correspond to the classification of the hotel nor to the prices applied. Poor management and ignorance of customer service.

Decent room, but noisy, and the worst begins at midnight with the arrival of a group of travelers and the suffering begins with screams in the corridors of the hotel, and the preparation of the rooms by pulling out the beds and the tables. I went down to reception to dispute this suffering, the gentleman replied coldly in his eyes that he was only a night watchman, if I had a complaint to make, I would keep it to myself until the next day . Mediocre hotel that is not even worthy of 3 stars. Uncomfortable and unclean bedding. Unbearable smell in the rooms and lack of hot water. I would still like to point out that the staff is attentive but without room for maneuver.
