Mis hijos y yo acabamos de pasar allí unos días y ha resultado una experiencia inigualable. La belleza de las dunas de Erg Chebbi nada más levantarte cada mañana, es conmovedora. El trato del personal es, en todo momento, exquisito. Desde la persona que te prepara el desayuno, Ahmed, a Brahim, alma máter del lugar, todos hacen todo lo posible para que te sientas cómodo, que lo pases bien y que aprendas. Porque un viaje como este es mucho más que turismo: es una enseñanza de vida. Las cenas fueron deliciosas y la organización de las actividades, perfectas. Para nosotros es importante, además, saber que todo es respetuoso con la naturaleza. Es la única manera de disfrutarla. Solo un pero: el tiempo pasado allí se queda corto.

It was an exceptional adventure and a wonderful stay. The team and Mr. Brahim were very welcoming and professional. The setting is magical, and the program is very well respected. El mejor glamping que hemos hecho, la tienda muy cómoda con todos los servicios, el personal muy amable aunque con poca capacitacion.
Todo estuvo increíble, excepto la comida. Todos los comensales dejamos al menos 2/3 de lo que nos servían (por ende mucho desperdicio). Sabemos que intentan deleitar con comida local, pero los sabores fueron muy raros y no hay opciones de obtener algo distinto. Los chicos que atienden, siempre están sonrientes, para ellos nuestras felicitaciones!

The lodge was impressive, a true desert oasis. The rooms were large and comfortable and had essential amenities. The staff was friendly, courteous, and detail oriented. The dinner and music were great. It truly was a once in a lifetime experience and adventure for our family. I would recommend for all !

The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure every need was met. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the personalized recommendations for exploring the area, their hospitality was truly exceptional. The hotel offered convenient access to the mesmerizing sand dunes, allowing for unforgettable desert excursions. Watching the sunrise over the Sahara was a highlight of my trip. The genuine warmth of the people added an extra layer of charm to my stay. Their genuine kindness and hospitality made me feel right at home, creating a sense of belonging that I will always cherish. This experience surpassed all my expectations, offering an unforgettable blend of luxury, culture, and hospitality. I cannot wait to return.
