Uzun yıllardır kayak sezonunda tercihim Palandöken oluyor üç sezondur ve hotels Palandöken otelinde konaklıyoruz otele giriş itibari ile Güleryüz ilgi alaka üst seviyede genel anlamda hiç bir olumsuzluk yaşamadım yemekler leziz odalar sonderece hijyenik pistlere ulaşım 20 metre kayak herzaman tercihim ve hotels Palandöken olacak gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilir bir tesis başta yöteciler olmak üzere tüm personeli kutlarım emeklerinize saglık. Özellikle hiç bir yerde denk gelmediğimiz villa tipinde aile odaları. Fiyat performans için kesinlikle tavsiye.

Rezervasyonda problem çıkmasına rağmen resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok yardımcı oldu bizi geri çevirmedi. Bu nedenle çok teşekkür ederiz. Villalarda kaldık. Otel yeni yapıldığından eşyalar ve oda tertemiz. Villada ısınma problemi yok. Kahvaltı standarttı, akşam yemeğini deneyimlemedik. Otele ait karspor var orada kayak malzemeleri kiralayabiliyorsunuz. Piste kayarak yada araçla inebilirsiniz. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu.

Ekim ayında kaldığımız muhteşem bir yerdi. Güler yüzlü personel leziz yemekler herşey şahaneydi. Kaldığımız 1 hafta boyunca bizimle çok alakadar oldular. Yani kısacası gidilmesi gereken tavsiye edeceğim bir yer:)

Erzurum ziyaretimizde ve hotels kalitesini bildiğimiz ve güvendiğimiz ve hotels palandöken de kaldık. Odamız standard oda iken kalabalık olduğumuzdan rahat e**emiz için bize villa verdiler ve extradan bir para istemediler. Bu bile başlı başına bizi bağlamaya yeter. Oksijeni bol odaları ve özellikle banyoları hijyenik. Personeli ise girişten çıkışa kadar yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyor. Kahvaltıları kaliteli ve lezzetli. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

This place does not have a bar as stated on trip advisor and when we said about it they said its meant to mean coffee bar!!! Come on who ever reads bar and thinks coffee bar. Then there was a screw up with what we paid to be fair not there fault bot Turkish app otzel!!!! Charged me 12000 lira and then rang me and said I owe another 7000 or can't stay hotel. They mistake not mine I said no way give me my money back which I am still waiting for. I keep you UPDATED AS WELL I LIKE TO KNOW WHAT YOUR GONNA DO ABOUT IT TRIPADVISOR?????? ?
