Estancia muy agradable, con una atención exquisita y personalizada. Alérgica a la pimienta ...la eliminaron de todos los platos ,durante mi estancia . Hubo un implicación total que me facilito el poder relajarme y comer de todo. Nunca antes me había pasado nada parecido . La gestión es excelente , con un equipo que funciona a la perfección y en perfecta armonia. Sólo puedo dar las GRACIAS y recomendarlo porque la vida , en Hotel Ereso , es mas fácil y placentera.

Estuve 1 semana en este hotel. En cuánto a la situación en la isla no es la mejor zona de Ibiza en cuanto a ocio pero en cuanto a los servicios del hotel está bastante bien. Tiene una bonita playa a 100 metros y también calas preciosas por la zona. Entre ellas destacaría San Vincent. Desayuno variado y completo con zumos de maquina, huevos,tortilla, bollería... En la comida y cena está la comida rica y bastante variada. Siempre carne, pescado, verdura, pasta. Quizás falte variedad en cuanto fruta y postres ya que siempre lo mismo. Limpieza de la habitación excelente. Siempre que entrabas olía a limpio y ambientador. Vistas al mar a partir de la planta 3. Personal del hotel muy amables. Un buen hotel en el que hosped****.

Situado a apenas cien metro de la playa, las habitaciones impecable, nos ha parecido globalmente extraordinario, fundamentalmente por la calidad de trato de los trabajadores del mismo, en especial el equipo que conforma el comedor. Hemos pasado dos semanas magníicas. Muchas gracias

Hotel estupendo situado muy cerca de una playa muy bonita. La habitación con todos los elementos para hacerte cómoda la estancia, las camas bien, el cuarto de baño con un carrito donde poder dejar las cosas, climatización buena. El personal encantador, recepción, camareras de pisos, las del comedor muy amables también. Especial mención para Alessandro encargado de la animación, que nos hizo pasar unas veladas estupendas cargadas de risas, amabilidad y cariño.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to families with children of any age. The food is nice, typical of an all inclusive but there is choice and everything is fresh. The rooms are clean, we stayed in one of the refurbished ones and it was a squeeze with 3 in the room but very little time is spent in there. The entertainment team are amazing and a credit to the hotel. They made our holiday and we were sad to say goodbye. They were amazing with both the adults and the children. Their variety shows were incredible. They are hard working lovely people. The pools are fine, bar area is kept clean and staff are helpful and hard working. The hotel was full when we stayed and all of these areas were very busy. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the beach and shops if you want to go exploring. For those who have given poor reviews remember that this is a 3 star hotel you are staying in. I personally think it’s a great place to stay and if you book you will have a great holiday.

Great hotel in the city. It's not huge, but it has a good location. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Also nearby is the hippie market. The hotel is clean, cleaned every day. The entertaimwnt team is great. They can attract anyone. The only thing I didn't like was that during the mini disco, the entertaiment team and the children were running between the tables.

The family room was great for us and would recommend for other families like ours. Is in a great location near the beach and the fairground. The pools are very nice for the kids.
The meal times were a little inconvenient for us, dinner started at 7pm by which time our young children are usually in bed! Luckily, there are a lot of great restaurants easily walkable that we utilised nearer the end of our stay.
We have been to Es Canar many times and love it, we will be returning.
