El apartamento está genial, es muy grande y todo estaba impoluto. Utensilios de cocina, microondas, una mesa interior y exterior. Al lado de la playa y de una estación de autobuses. Además, personal muy agradable que nos ayudó en todo momento y nos dejaron dejar el equipaje en una salita. Muy recomendable.

Staff friendly and accomodating. Beds nice and comy. Air conditioning in living area needs to be updated. Bedroom air conditioning was good.

The apar**ents in general are very good. If you look at the details, they could be improved (swollen frame, dark shower tile joints, rust,...) but correct.
Well equipped: all types of kitchen utensils, clothes iron, dryer, blankets, terrace furniture,...
Excellent price quality for Ibiza.
Pleasant common areas with a pool area and sun loungers, and a bar with affordable prices.
Surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
Nearby beach and public transport.
At certain times parking is difficult, but there are several parking options nearby.
It took a little longer than the check-in time for the apar**ent to be available, but since we were in a hurry they did not hesitate to give us another one.
Every two days they come in to do a superficial cleaning and they changed our towels.
The staff is friendly.

Nice people, good service, the room is spacious (rare in europe), all was comfortable and clean and they took care of us even to get us a cab at 3:30am to take us to the airport. Location is very nice, not too close to the clubs (30min drive), but located in a nice family neighborhood next to a nice beach, with very good restaurants a walk distance around it. You cannot get any better for the price.

There is no elevator to take a baby stroller; There is a lack of cleaning both in the facilities and inside the apar**ent. Bad smell both on the street where it is located and inside the apar**ent. It is located on a very noisy street with a karaoke right below. Not recommended.
