The hotel very well. He took over a reservation for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) that we had made through trip.com for the 4 of us, but when we got to the reception it turned out that the hotel only had two adults on record. We complained by phone to trip.com and he did not want to know anything. Just a warning to those who use trip.com as they are playing tricks. Beware of low prices and customer service. A website scam.

The complex is large, it has several pools, especially for children, with different depths and slides. Very clean and with lifeguards. There is also a bar, a small supermarket to buy the essentials and a souvenir and floats shop. But there is nothing else nearby, everything is residential, no shops or restaurants. About 10 minutes walk there is a small cove but for everything else a car is recommended. At the hotel they offer rental cars from different companies that bring you directly to the hotel door. The extensive and varied buffet food but standard quality, battle, pasta bar, pizza, cheese, salads... It has gluten free and vegan options, but not very tasty.
The last day they did not make our room, we called reception and they did not offer us any compensation for it.

Had a lovely week away with husband for our 20th anniversary. We were greeted with a biscuit and water on arrival. We had an apartment at the back of resort with views overlooking the airport so enjoyed sitting getting the sun and watching the planes. The beach is down a bank and beautiful went everyday and the shop was great for gifts and friendly staff :). We did not use the entertainment but was happy with the o%beer being Heineken. Unfortunately massive issues with food like Someone said I was going to have a kabab ans they were putting raw onto the cooked and serving the cooked ones straight after. The food desserts would have been lovely if not frozen still and the food was repetitive and cold!! The room was spacious and lovely clean with a new shower room. Mahon is a short bus ride away and I recommend the catamaran was a great morning. Love the island and can’t wait to go back :)

We've just returned from a 3 night stay. Lovely looking hotel. Massive. Lovely pool area and sun bathing areas. Very friendly hotel, guests very like minded, just there for chill and relax. Food was appalling. Raw meat or so overcooked it could act as soles for shoes. Frozen desserts put out without defrosting. Accident waiting to happen. This is possibly because of start of season but even so, no excuse. Also no meal was hot not even tepid in some cases. We ended up having pizzas delivered from San Clemente which is the next town. Good job we had very good weather and nice guests because the whole thing would have been a nigh**are.

Il n'y a que des lits simples dans les chambres. Il vous faudra rapprocher les 2 petits lits si vous voulez vous lover contre votre amoureux(se). Spectacle le soir avec musique hyper forte. Le restaurant est au sous sol, esprit gare sans fenêtre sur l'extérieur. La nourriture n'est vraiment pas bonne que ce soit le petit dej ou le repas du soir. Nous c'était juste 1 nuit Dieu merci ! Bon courage !!!

Bien, sin más. La experiencia no fue mala en absoluto pero echamos en falta un jenesaisquoi, y hablándolo todls juntos estuvimos se acuerdo en que podría haber ido mucho mejor la estancia. No obstante, el trato del personal fue excelente, la ubicación es buena y de precio no está mal.

Correct bedding. Very friendly staff, and very nice swimming pools. Very limited parking in front of the hotel, but easy parking in the street, at least in October. In high season, it must be more complicated to find a place... On the other hand, big downside in terms of catering which is not up to the 3 stars of the establishment. We had half board and we were really disappointed with the dishes offered in the evening. We had the impression of going to a canteen rather than a restaurant. Basic dishes, and always the same. No cheese, no yogurt. We regretted not having chosen to go out to eat outside in the evening. Don't plan on going to the beach next to the hotel, in addition to its complicated access, it is just horrible, mud, algae, rubbish, bad smells... So a mixed stay, and we won't be going back.
