Pobyt 24.08.2023 do 07.08.2023 HB wystarczający głodni nie byliśmy - napoje płatne do posiłków z góry przy rejestracji i opłata podatku turystycznego , posiłki każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie bez wybrzydzania ( homarów nie było )Bungalow parter od strony parkingu i placu zabaw dla dzieci (trochę głośno) wyposażenie solidna szafa , łóżko pojedyncze zsunięte w miarę wygodne , , łazienka z prysznicem duża w szafie cienkie kołdry , Przydały się bo wrzesień mokry i wietrzny . Klima centralna słaba regulacja ( zgłosiłem awarie po 2 dniach naprawiono ) powód mało gazu w centrali . Z basenu nie korzystaliśmy oblegany od rana do wieczora przez starszych gości i leniwych . Hotel oceniam na 4 gwiazdki , obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna . Plaża super miałki piasek dno piaszczyste przejście przez deptak i kładką na plażę , niestety leżaki płatne ( dwa leżaki + parasol 18 euro dzień nawet jak przyjdziesz o godz. 17 ) Lipiec 40 stopni / woda zupa chodzi o temperaturę - Wrzesień 38 stopni wietrzny i wysoka fala na siłę da się pływać , tak było w 2023r . Okolica super cisza i spokój jest gdzie pospacerować . UWAGA bankomaty pobierają opłatę 3,99 euro nie zależnie od kwoty , polecam wycieczkę autobusem przystanek pod hotelem płacimy u kierowcy do Ciutadell około 5,5 E/osoba do Mahoń 3,5 E/osoba w jedną stronę , jest co zobaczyć piękne stare miasto , w kawiarniach i restauracjach ceny porównywalne do polskich . Kierowca w autobusie przyjmuje maksymalne nominały 20 Euro , Nie ma możliwości płacenia kartą ,chciałem zapłacić banknotem 50 Euro to odmówił przyjęcia – na drzwiach autobusu pisze banknoty 5 -10 -20 Euro . W sklepach i kawiarniach płatne kartą bez problemu.

Lord nelson hotel was the worst hotel, we have been in. Unfortunately when we were there the weather wasn't kind to us, it rained 3 days of our week. The animation team did nothing to entertain the guests. If fact I didn't see any entertainment all week by them. The entertainment in the evening was very poor. Now when you book a all inclusive holiday you expect it to be all inclusive, not this hotel, they expect you to pay for your snacks, your alcohol drinks of a special brand. Did not have a alternative drink to replace it. It looked like this hotel was out to make as much money on everything. From the safe box, the towls, snacks alcohol drinks. This is a hotel should be avoided, would I come back again. DEFINITELY NOT

Great hotel. Lovely location right by beach. Food was v good lots of choice. Always found a bed by pool but it does get busy. Pool was good temp that time of year. Bus v close by and highly recommend Mahon and Cuitadella. There are a few nice souvenir shops and bars but sant Thomas v peaceful and beautiful. The hotel is right by a lovely walkway with pine trees lit well at night. Staff and locals v friendly. Staff work v hard too. Loved it here and would come back. We stayed half board and found prices ok for drinks etc. you could pay 3 euros for drinks In restaurant. beer and wine from dispensers I think unlimited. fantastic place will go again.

Très bel hôtel impeccable, chambre spacieuse, personnel souriant et sympathique , piscine agréable accès direct à la plage Très bon séjour Choix important pour les buffets de qualité Tres agréable de ne pas avoir d’enfants

The food in this hotel is terrible hot food was always cold and was very repetitive the desserts were the same throughout the week houseflies all over-the drinks are very weak the entertainment is rubbish I’m a seasoned traveler and in my opinion this doesn’t deserve to be 4 stars I’ve stayed in better 3 star hotels,the inside of the hotel is kept lovely and clean but outside around pool area is filthy not once in a week was it brushed or jet washed the paths to bungalows are overgrown the sun loungers are plastic covering sponge and are hosed down every morning resulting in getting soaking wet and are filled with stagnant water first time staying there and definitely will not be back

Second visit to the hotel, did October 2022, decided on 3 weeks this time. Sunny, hot and the beach is lovely. The staff are wonderful and helpful, Marco, the entertainment manager is a hoot! The picture attached is Marco in full swing on his entertainment piece

Bardzo dobry hotel, świetnie położony bardzo blisko morza- około 30 metrów od wyjścia z terenu hotelu do plaży. Bardzo dobre jedzenie, czysto , uprzejma i pomocna obsługa. Piękne widoki z balkonu z czwartego piętra- zachód słońca wart Santorini. Dobra komunikacja autobusowa do Mahon i Ciutadelli, przystanek bardzo blisko hotelu. Można wędrować wzdłuż plaży ścieżkami i promenadą w obu kierunkach od hotelu. Poza tym wyspa jest piękna i cudownie zielona. Polecamy.

The food was poor, especially the bread (think it was left out too long, quite stale). Dining room seemed like a staff canteen. If you weren't all inclusive lunch and snacks were extra. As was hiring the room safe and any extra towels. We opted to eat out after a couple of days. The photos of the rooms and the location to the beach are spot on! But our room was right next to a treatment plant/generator which was on all day and night(cutting out every now and then for about 10 minutes). The bus timetable had just changed( because of the time of year had cut some buses out). but was a good service. Although local restaurants were good, this time of year there were quite a few flies! Also most of the restaurants like their football!

-Ubicación a un minuto fantástica playa. -Habitación y baños reformados y muy actuales...colchones muelles pero bien cómodos. Lo peor la comida...falta Atún para ensaladas, helados a cuentagotas, no tienen queso para echar tortilla de jamón cocido, demasiado pollo y cerdo.
