This place is an overpriced dump. At least the rear building is (there are 2 building, one near the street and one toward the back of the property). The building looks to be about 60+ years old and is run down. Outside of the room we're all manner of trash - cigarette butts, bottle caps, wrappers, etc. There seems to be little interest in maintaining the property. Inside of the room, it had been recently painted and was clean but underneath the paint it was run down and whatever repairs had been done where slapdash. Upon checking in, we discovered the windows (east facing) had no curtains so with the intense Utah sun, it would have been impossible to sleep beyond sunrise. Liquid soap dispensing canisters were provided at the bathroom sink but strangely, not at the shower. The shower rod was one of those spring loaded rods that rely on friction to stay in place - ours kept falling down. Shower curtain didn't reach to the shower curb which resulted in the bathroom floor flooding with each shower. With weekend pricing approaching $200 a night, this place is seriously overpriced considering it slow quality. I have no idea what TripAdvisor was thinking with its four-star rating
