Magnuson Grand Pioneer Inn and Suites

Hotel was exceptionally clean Staff was very courteous Very quiet This stay was the preamble to going on The Honor Flight and I'm eternally grateful to them for a great place to stay THANK YOU !!!!!!!!

We were greatly disappointed in our stay. This hotel is not inexpensive but seemed to be cutting corners in a way that made our stay frustrating. Despite promising to do so, they never cleaned our room during our three night visit. We asked that the room be cleaned each day at the front desk and of the cleaning staff in the hallways (we were told on one day that they intentionally 'skipped' cleaning the room for reasons that are not clear) and had to ask each day for clean towels. At the end of our stay the manager promised to consider a discount on the room rate but we never heard from him and he didn't respond to any emails. I would avoid this place in the future.

Spacious clean room, nice front desk and great experience making reservation. Breakfast a bit scant for the price but very nice hotel with great staff, easy parking, great access.

We had a good one night stop. Clean, friendly, and beds were decent. Its old, so outlets could be updated/added but that is the only somewhat negative we experienced. Breakfast offering was limited, but the muffins were really good and not too small. The attached restaurant was also good food and service.

Excellent hotel, very clean rooms, amazing staff, always hot coffee and a reasonable price. Will definitely return next july.

Great location. Quiet and clean. There were not any instructions on how to work the television stations- frustrating! The tv stations they had had no local news. Since I used to live in the area, I would've enjoyed access to local news stations. The girls cleaning the rooms and the older lady at the front desk could've been more friendly. I left a tip in the room, but I almost took it back because the cleaning girls were not friendly at all - they couldn't even smile. I think the older ladies's daughter that worked when I was checking in was very, very friendly. A smile goes a long way! I would definitely stay there again, but I'd be looking for a smile to see if anybody really listens to these reviews!

Nice room. Unique tv channels, pillows were average, nice size bathroom. Restaurant was lacking help and very average food. I would stay again

Not a bad place if you are just looking for a place to lay your head. The soda and vending machines did not work. The peep hole through the door was almost completely unscrewed. Staff knocked on our door at 9 am to see if we had checked out yet.
