Comfort Suites

I booked this hotel solely on the fact that the pool had a slide that my two kids would enjoy and a hot tub that us parents could relax in. I was disappointed that the water level in both amenities was very low and the pool water was extremely cold. Like uncomfortable cold and too cold to actually enjoy swimming in. The hot tub jets also did not work and never did turn on while we were there it was definitely not 104+ degrees as the sign claims. It was basically like warm bath water. The door to the women's restroom in the pool area is also rusted and falling apart in the corner so it rubs across the concrete when you open and close it and makes it hard to open and shut it. The rooms and breakfast were both average. I'd check out another hotel in the area knowing what I know now about the pool area I wouldn't stay again in hopes that I'd find an actual hot tub that's actually hot with working jets and maybe a heated pool elsewhere. A fine place if you're not here to enjoy this things as it's a clean place to rest your head.

The staff made our whole stay! Fantastic front desk staff that really made sure our children and us had a great stay even if we arrived late in the evening. The room was clean and breakfast was as expected at this kind of hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Nice pool area with a little extra!

The airport shuttle does not operate any more. It was a scramble to get to the airport in the early morning

The Comfort Suites is a nice place to stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious, and well kept. Didn't really use any of the amenities. The breakfast had many cold and hot options. The only drawback for the breakfast was, not really enough seating. Although people were coming and going, I could see there might be times when there might potentially not be enough seating available. Otherwise, a nice establishment!

Everything was very nice, clean, arranged well, and the staff was very helpful in getting my faulty door lock to work properly. A consideration on the hotel’s part would be to add smart tvs so guests can stream their own apps.

The hotel stay and amenities were as expected for a two-star property. The pool, room, and breakfast area were clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. While there were a few dingy areas that could use repair, the staff was kind and did a nice job overall. The food was edible, and the dining areas were clean and met expectations for this type of hotel.

Room was clean. All interactions with staff was great!! Definitely stay again when passing through.

Was told upon arrival that they would not accept AARP. Had to be aat booking. 1st time ever. Desk clerk could only recite room details. breakfast time etc. No customer interaction.. Large room, fairly clean. Dropped off luggage returned late at night. Blackout curtain missing. Parking lot lights kept us awake. Informed staff the next morning. They said they were aware of the problem. Assigned us the room anyway. No apologies, just a shrug. Really poor customer service.

The staff was very nice, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast items were awesome! The pool and hot tub could probably use less chlorine… it’s intense.
