Lekker eten, uitgebreid ontbijt, eenvoudige lunch met streekproducten ook mogelijk tot wat meer, 4-gangen avondmaal aan zeer schappelijke prijs, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en een fijne kleine Spa. Het was een fijn paasweekend.

répondu par mail avec les conditions d'annulation (qui pour moi concerne l'hôtel et non le Wellness). Cette même dame s'en est complètement foutu de mes explications et de ma situation que je n'avais pas choisi. En essayant d’expliquer le cas que je n’y pouvais pour rien, que c’était un cas de force majeure, elle a complètement ignoré ma situation. Donc après cette réaction, je suis d’avis que je ne suis pas la première personne et qu’ils font cela systématiquement. La patronne m’a donc proposé une solution « aimable » afin de ne pas perdre mon bon cadeau de 400 euros. Elle me propose de payer en plus des 400 qu’elle a déjà encaissé, une indemnisation de 60 euros. Pour moi c’est de l’escroquerie, ils encaissent 400 euros pour une prestation JAMAIS faite et réclame encore une indemnisation de 60 euros pour que je ne perde pas les 400 euros !!! Une honte !!! Dans des situations pareilles, on voit directement ce qui est plus important, le client ou l'argent facilement gagné sans RIEN PRESTER. Bravo à vous la patronne et à vos enfants. En tout cas, continuer ainsi à prendre les gens pour des banques !!!

This hotel is very good. I cannot understand why it has any reviews other than 5 stars! Room was huge, well equipped, full mini bar, shiny clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was continental and all good quality, but the meal in the restaurant was exceptional. If you stay here, and you should, then eat here, you must . No complaints at all, everything just perfect. I will be back .

Séjour d'anniversaire très agréable. L'accueil, le personnel et les patrons sont plus que sympa. Cela fait presque 6 ans que nous y allons et tout y est chaque fois parfait. Au plaisir d'y retourner. Merci à vous Christian et Monique Stas-Wegria

Dit hotel geeft niet een juiste weergave van de website. De ontvangst was koel en niet behulpzaam. Het hotel is een labyrint van gangen naar je kamer. We boekte een gastronomische 2 daagse maar deze was verre van gastronomisch we kregen zelfs nog geen hapje bij de aperitief. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Maybe with arriving at the front desk, being greeted by a man, while the woman didn't say a word, not even hello, but shoved a registration form at my husband. Or maybe with paying 245€ for a room with a jacuzzi where there isn't even hand soap in the bathroom. I had to climb into the jacuzzi and go across all the way to the far wall to get soap to wash my hands, which I'm sure is good exercise but not really practical. Or maybe I should have mentioned the candle arrangement, a tribute to the honeymoon suite, in which every single tea light was burned out, so no candles. Or could it be the unsightly stained sofa on which I refused to sit down. Surely breakfast made up for everything else? Your can press fresh orange juice. That's a good point. Forget the rest, particularly if you arrive a half hour before closing the breakfast room. You will have slivers of cheese as the trays are not refilled. As for dinner, it's half and half. The soup was good. My husband's salad was fine. My own dish was really not very good, tiny slivers of overcooked venison in a lot of brown sauce. l should have believed the reviews!
