The environment is very good and quiet. My first choice hotel. Most of the waiters were nice, there was only one individual waitress who was sometimes very unfriendly, especially when you needed help. It would be better if there was a refrigerator in the room!

The company also helps to book hotels for business trips. The transportation is relatively convenient. I can't say anything else. I can only say that the price-performance ratio should be OK. I always choose this one.

Facilities and hotel remain excellent, just like the customer service. Consistently good. However, they do not provide basics in the room such as water at all. For a hotel of this type and the price they charge, a courtesy water bottle each day should be standard.
