I went to La Quinta in January 2023 to have lunch and took the opportunity to make a reservation to spend a night there. Due to health issues I decided to cancel my reservation (few days before the reserved time) and asked for a reimbursement. Let me tell you, that seems to be an impossible task. Or they don't want to reimburse you for a cancelation made on time or they don't know how to do it. Here I am, a month later still asking for my money. The place is beautiful but don't make a reservation unless you are 100% sure that you will be able to make it because otherwise you might not see your money again.
