Even though we stated twice that the air conditioner was not getting hot, they did not come and fix the problem, they said wait for it to get hot and it did not get hot.
Also, when we saw the hair of the people before us in the shower, we told them that they would clean it tomorrow. We were only there for one night, so it did not matter to us if it was cleaned tomorrow.

Check on was haphazard, staff member constantly rang someone to help get check us in. Key didn’t work, again receptionist rang someone for support, she was still unable to sort so moved us to a different room. Second room smelt so strong of cigarettes so we had to refuse this room due to my husbands ill health and chest. Third room was adequate but not ideal. Would not recommend this hotel

Even though the construction was not fully completed yet, we were welcomed well by many hotels. There was never any noise. Bed, room, shower everything was perfect. It provided a very comfortable accommodation experience. Probably because we stayed at a time when it was not yet fully opened, there were not enough bathroom amenities. (There was only soap)
However, since even the towels were soft and clean, there was no problem, especially since I had my own bathroom supplies with me during my stay. The room was very large and spacious.
The location was close to everywhere. We especially liked its proximity to the train station and taxi stand numbers.
I definitely recommend it.

Sehr Zentral sehr gutes aber Hotel hat kein eigener Restaurant was nicht schlimm ist es gibt ein Restaurant welches mit dem Hotel zusammen arbeiten aber ich würde Frühstück nicht mit buchen denn, Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht außer dem es gibt sehr große Auswahl weil Das Hotel sehr zentral ist
Ansonsten OK.
İch würde dieses Hotel nochmal buchen somit kann ich mit guten Gewissen empfehlen.
