Eskişehir Kütahya yolu üzerinde Sazova Parkı'nın karşısında yer alıyor. Ara sokaklardan geçerek yerini bulduk. Düzenli bir kentleşmenin yürütüldüğü Sümer mahallesinde eski Sümerbank'a ait halen Sarev tekstil işinde çalışan bir fabrika, dağınık yerleşmiş lojmanlardan dönüştürülmüş otel odaları, apartları ve geniş bahçesi ile sakin bir yer. Ana yol ve hızlı tren ile yakınsanız resepsiyondan gelen ses kabul edilebilir bir gürültü kaynağı. Odalar basit döşenmiş ve temiz. Kahvaltı pandemi önlemleri ile açık büfe ve yeterli. Personel ilgili. Merkeze yürüme mesafesi olarak biraz uzak, ama yakında lokanta ve kafeler bulunuyor. Çevrede ve bahçede dolaşmak çok rahatlatıcı. Fiyatları uygun.

Otel şehir merkezinin dışında geniş bir ağaçlıklı bir arazinin içinde. Otelin bulunduğu yerin yakınından tren ve anyol geçiyor bazı otel odaları o kısımda kalıyor arada geçen tren ve sürekli yol sesi rahatsız ediyor. Kahvaltı vasattı, sanayi tipi çay makinasından karton bardak ile çay içtik. Çalışanlar çok ilgililer ama otelin köhnemişliğini kapatamıyorlar.
