2 kişilik konaklamamızda tek oda kartı verildi. Bu hiç normal değil, kapıyı istediğimizde açıyorlar fakat kart olmadığı için odada elektrik olmuyor. Bu ne kadar doğru sizce. Hiçbir otelde bugüne kadar böyle bir durumla karşılaşmadım. Ayrıca oteli uzattığımız ve ödediğimiz halde çıkış yapıldı ve sonra tekrar otele geri dönüp giriş yaptık

İş seyahatim sebebiyle iki gece konakladım. Konumu, çalışanların güleryüzle hizmet etmesi, temizlik, konfor ve kahvaltı çeşitliliği açısından harikaydı. Ayrıca, fiyat fayda dengesi de iyi bir tesis. Bir daha ki seyahatimde kesinlikle tercih ederim.

Front ofis gayet güler yüzlüydü, restaurant bölümüde iyiydi kahvaltısını başarılı bulduk.
Fitness salonu o bölgedeki otellerin içerisinden en iyisiydi.
Ancak tek sıkıntı temizlik. Bu kadar yıldız almış bir otelin temizliği bu kadar hayal kırıklığı yaratmaz 716 nolu odada kaldım dolabın kapağını açtım üstüme toz parçacıkları düştü, dolabın üstü belki bir yıldır temizlenmemiş.Ciddi bir training gerekiyor! Herşeye rağmen o bölgede bulunan ( hepsinde kaldım) oteller arasında fiyat/ kalite dengesi açısındanda tekrardan tercih edebileceğim bir otel.

Kesinlikle çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadım. 1 ay önce telefondan rezervasyon yaparken 2 şey istedim. 1.si düğüne gideceğim için ütü, 2.si check-out saatinden sonra tek başıma çalışabileceğinim bir alan. İkisini de sağlayabileceklerini söylediler, ütünün mevcut olduğunu belirttiler ve .Check-out sonrası toplantı odasını kullanabileceğimi söylediler. Otele giriş yapıp para ödedikten sonra önce bana toplantı odasını kullanamayacağımı söylediler sonra da ütü olmadığını. Odadan ütü için defalarca aradım 2 sat boyunca telefonda oyaladılar. Şikayetçi olup yöneticiyle görüşmek istediğimde de resepsiyon tarafından sürekli oyalandım. Korkunç bir otel deneyimiydi benim için.

Olumsuz yorumları gördüğüm de beklentim değişmişti fakat kesinlikle insanlar daha ne bekliyor diye düşündürüyor otele girdiğiniz andan itibaren. Fiyat performans 10/100. İlgili ve alakalı otel çalışanları özellikle resepsiyondaki güler güzlü ve profesyonel ekibi ile birlikte Gözde Hanım samimiyeti daha rahat ve konforlu bir konaklamaya imkan sunuyor. Merkezi konumu sayesinde birçok yeri rahatça gezme imkanınız oluyor ki araç içinde otoparkı var. Odalar ***et temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Suite odalarındaki odalar, banyolar, kocaman terası kendimizi ayrıcalıklı hissettirdi. Kahvaltı göz kamaştırıyordu ücretsiz bize özel omlet bile hazırlanıyor hem de pastırmalı sucuklu nasıl istersek. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilecek bir işletme. Tüm ekibe buradan da teşekkür ediyorum. En yakın zaman da tekrar geleceğiz.
