Odanin düzeni ve temizliği ***et iyiydi. Resepsiyon ve çalışanların ilgi ve alakası güzeldi. Açık büfe kahvaltı konusunda yardımcı oldular sağ olsunlar. Eskişehir ziyaretlerim için tekrar tercih edebileceğim iyi bir otel. Merkezi konumda her yere yakın.

Everything was good and staff was sooo friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was sooooo amazing. Definitely would be staying again.

Nereden başlasam,,, Her ay Türkiye genelinde ismi resmî olan büyük hoteller’de 2 veya 3 diş hekimliği kurslarımız oluyor, Hoteller çok kibar ve profesyonel ilgileniyorlar. Maalesef Merlot hotel çok acemi ve ilgisiz bir yönetimle adeta Eskişehirdeki kursumuzda hayal kırıklığına uğrattı bizi. Eskişehir gibi kültürlü ve güzel bir şehirde merlot hotel gibi ilgisiz ve acemi bir Hoteli yakıştıramadım. Vedat bey yurt dışında hotelcilik eğitimi aldığını söylediler lakin nerede eğitim aldıklarını tahmin bile edemiyorum, çünkü anlaştığımız hizmeti vermediler. İstediğim Coffeebreak örneğini göndermeme rağmen sundukları coffeebreak ve yemekler rezalet ve para kazanmak için ellerinden gelen cimriliği yaptıklarını herkes konuşuyordu, hekimlerin karşısına kaç tabak yeşil erik ve salatalık dışında hiç bir şey sunmadılar, Kurs esnasında hocamızı ziyaret etmeyip ve kontrolsüz ve düzensiz bir hizmet vardı demek istiyorum ama diyemiyorum çünkü hizmet diye bir şey görmedik. Barkovizyon perdesi çok küçük ve kendimiz barkovizyon perdesi kiraladık. Fazla detay verip Merlot hoteli utandırmak istemiyorum inşallah düzeltmeler yapılır ve Eskişehir ve Türkiye’ye yakışan bir hotel olur. Bir daha orda kurs yapmayız.

Malesef eskimenin etkileri görülüyor.
Temiz olmasına rağmen havlular çok yıpranmıştı.
Banyo zemininde özellikle duşakabin kenarlarında derzler yer yer açık yer yer kireç birikintileri var. Duş duvarlarının birleşme yerleri açılmıştı. Tüm bu tersliklere rağmen temizlik, hizmet ve ilgi ***et iyiydi.
