人情味很足的酒店，住了三晚，很多當地人或者旅遊團也來此住宿。免費停車場，如果是租車來這個城市會很省心。酒店在市郊，但不荒涼，畢竟城市也不算太大。附近有很好吃的土耳其館子。

Responsible people at the reception are very bad at welcoming customers . No valet service, we parked the car ourselves. We were told to park in a place we found empty. We carried our own belongings. There was no one to help all the way to the room. I have stayed in many branches of the Ramada Hotel, but I did not expect such a bad welcome, I think it did not suit me!

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the center. A very clean hotel. We chose the sky view room on the rooftop. It was very beautiful. Room size ***et good. There is Özdilek Avm in front of you. There is no parking problem. The employees are friendly. Ramada quality is excellent.

7-8 Nisan 2024 tarihinde eşim ve 4 aylık bebeğim ile konakladık. Marka ismine güvenerek tercih ettik fakat; - Otele vardığınızda dışarıda bir karşılama veya yönlendirme tabelası vs yoktu otel önünde biri gelecek diye 5 dk felan beklemiş bulunduk kafamıza göre ilerde yer bulduk ve park etmek durumunda kaldık. -Ön büro resepsiyon görevlisi çalışanları karşılamada yetersizdi. 3 dk kuralına uyulmadı. Otel hakkında bir bilgi almadık ve İnternette bildirilen otele giriş saati sonrasında gitmemize rağmen (Check in saati sonrası 14.00 ) oda hazır değildi ve biz odamıza 15.00 sonrası geçebildik. -Odamıza çıktığımızda öylesine bir temizlik yapıldığını görmüş olduk bebek için ekstra yatak istediğimiz içinde odamızı ön taraftan istememize rağmen fikrimiz bile sorulmadan arka sokağa bakılan yerden odamızın hazır olduğunu öğrendik ve yerleştik. -İlk gece sonrasında oda temizliği talep ettik gelen arkadaşlar 4 bez kuralı dışında temizlik yaptılar yani 1 adet bez ile bütün oda temizlendi ve bayram dolayısıyla ciddi bir yoğunluk olduğu personeller arasında ( normal olarak ) konuşuluyordu takviye personel alınabilirdi. -Tekrar kalmayı düşünmeyeceğim bir otel ve markasıdır. -

Daha önce de kaldığım bir otel saat 1:00’de gittiğimizde odamız hazır değildi saat 4:30’da odanız hazır diye haber geldi biraz geç olduğunu düşünüyorum. Odamıza bavulları bırakacaklarını söyledikleri halde bırakmamışlardı. Aile odası iki odanın arasını açalım diye kendileri önerdiler ama açmadılar. Yoksa otel olarak kabul edilebilir özelliklerde.
