Was upgraded to the beach house when we arrived, was very grateful and surprised, the lady who booked us in on the day, would like thank you especially after we went to the visitor centre before hand was told by them that the tour we wanted to go on, we couldn't, she helped us with it and we got to go on it, thanks for all the help, you are amazing, thanks.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and caring...definitely will always stay at Clearwater for all future trips to Esperance!

I was disappointed with my stay here, as the experience did not match the high price point. For a budget motel in a remote town to charge rates comparable to a 5-star hotel in Perth, I expected a much higher standard of service and comfort. • Unreasonable Extra Charges: The owner charged an additional $50 per night, per child, despite the fact that our children did not consume extra resources or add any cost to the room. This felt like a blatant overcharge, especially given the base rate was already quite steep. • Significant Noise Issues: The motel is located right next to a main road and a roundabout. The noise at night is constant and incredibly annoying; every time a ute or car passes by and speeds up, it echoes through the room, making it very difficult to get a restful night's sleep. • Poor Wi-Fi: The internet speed is extremely slow. It was impossible to stream video or handle basic tasks, which is unacceptable in this price bracket.

Quiet and comfortable space, away from but within easy reach of town and waterfront. Great amenities including garage parking with internal access, own outdoor space and spacious indoors. Thanks for a great stay.
