The welcome was so lovely to start with and what a beautiful Riad in a really easy to find location in medina near the sea wall. Lively and colourful place yet relaxing and had its own ambience. Massive Thankyou to all the staff especially Rachida who was such a beautiful person who my son took a shine too. We could not find him for the whole of our stay 😃 he was with Rachida 🥰 . The rooftop was spectacular with live music and great food. Thankyou for a great stay we will definitely be back.

The riad was absolutely beautiful with some of the best views in Essaoira.the staff in particular Racheda were amazing with my son and couldn’t have been any more professional and friendly!the breakfast was really nice Moroccan hospitality at its finest.thank you salute maroc for all the memories❤️

This place was stunning , every corner was a gem. We stayed in Morocco for 2 weeks visiting 5 cities and our time at Salut Maroc was the highlight of our trip. Special thank you to Rachida and the rest of the staff whose attention to detail and welcoming demeanour made our trip one to remember! They made us feel so special, can’t wait to be back! Saturday night entertainment with Amin kamal was amazing especially with the view at the rooftop restaurant!

Vue incroyable sur les remparts de la ville. J’ai eu l’occasion de déjeuner à plusieurs reprises sur la terrasse de l’hôtel. Les plats étaient délicieux et le service d’Asma et Younès exceptionnel et tellement attentionné ! Sans oublier l’accueil de Rachida. À refaire très vite …

Excellent service par Salah. Croquettes de chèvres très bonnes. Tagine de lotte délicieux accompagné de légumes et de fruits de mer. Linguines aux fruits de mer cuites al dente et copieusement garnies de fruits de mer. Tagine d'agneau très parfumé avec deux morceaux tendres et un trop ferme. Le décor de faïences colorées est superbe. La vue du rooftop sur la mer et sur les remparts est magnifique et imprenable.
