This hotel is a dump. I should’ve known better due to the ratings, and how it got as much as 2 stars is beyond me. The Quality group truly needs to come around and see how their brand is being completely trashed here. Bathroom walls and door have holes that received a 5 minute patch, carpets are sticky filthy, we booked a king room (how funny) and was given a two full size beds room, and the stench of freshly smoked ********* comes out of the rooms as one walks by. Our room had a stench we could not identify, sort of dusty chemically. We only had 5 hours to rest so we didn’t bother with cancelling and all that. When checking in one stands outside in the cold and works through this puny little service window with the clerk, no welcoming lobby experience. They cannot pay me to stay here again.

Excellent staff easy and true to word login. I can only say that the Roku and apple play was never achieved and was nice but didn’t work and spent a lot of time trying to get it to work so it hampered my work presentation. I also love the area and being along the waterfront and wanted to know if the facilities weee available to rent on the side.

American Airlines put me here because I lost my connection to another American Airlines flight. It has transportation to the airport for free and it has a restaurant (open hours on a picture). The room was comfortable and had refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, coffee and tea, hair dryer and was clean, but not updated. I didn't walk anywhere, so I don't know about the area. Have a nice stay!

I booked this hotel because we had an early morning flight, we were too tired to look at the ratings for this hotel and it’s reviews. Please don’t stay here, spend your money somewhere else. We got here late at night and we walked into a nightmare , not enough pillows, one towel for 4 people, bugs in the bathroom, smoke detector broken, not enough lighting. Brown spots in bathtub, wasted blankets, no microwave to warm our food. Couple fighting in lobby because they’re room had no air conditioning. Only good thing was that it was 8 mins from the airport but other than that never again!

I honestly don’t even know HOW this hotel is still operating and open. But here I am with ANOTHER bad review. the past two days have been horrible with AA and our last flight they rebooked, so they gave us a hotel voucher for this hotel. First, I didn’t even know we were at the hotel at first because there was no sign, hotel name or nothing. walked inside and it smelled horrid! spots on the carpet and floor. check in was easy but once we received our key and got to our room - it looked like we were in a motel. wallpaper peeling, a spot on the floor that looked like they killed a rat and didnt clean it literally, toilet and tub unkept . 10 channels ok the tv? smh, we could not get comfortable to sleep. this hotel should not be open until remodeled!!

La Quinta’s location was perfect for weekend trip. Staff were friendly and helpful on both days and evening shifts. I loved the free shuttle service provided that allowed us to go to and from the airport and also to the Septa train services right at the airport station. The train service was comfortable which allowed us to visit down town PHL with ease. We just called the hotel again for pick up when we were back at the airport station again. The Downtown visit was a great experience indeed. Word of advice - though the hotel works hard to maintain cleaniless in the main foyer and dining area, the room was spacious and tidy - though not fully equipped with personal items like hand soap so do bring your own - that will save you a lot of grief with no expectations of having a fully stocked bathroom. I do believe these may be available at the front desk. We had our own supply so it’s no big deal. They do serve a good hearty hot breakfast of waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages along with choices of cereals, bagels, bread, juices, & yogurts. Coffee tea and hot water are available at the foyer anytime.

One of the most terrible hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The tub was scratched and dirty, looking and didn't drain, the refrigerator didn't work, and wasn't in the best area of town. It says airport, but it's a good 5 miles away. The bed was comfortable so thatis the only reason I gave it two stars rather than one. Definitely would not recommend unless you're desperate. Rooms are rundown and old. Definitely need remodeling. The breakfast was only edible.
