Nice modern hotel, stayed here once before to meet a friend who study’s in Esslingen. It’s approx 20 mins walk to the train station but close to bus stops. Rooms are a good size and the bed is comfy.

I couldn’t travel due to sudden ill health. Despite uploading evidence of this they still wouldn’t give me a refund. I also notified them more that 24hrs ahead of my travel. Worst service ever

There was a sudden cold snap and it was freezing, so I specifically canceled my previous booking to find a hotel with air conditioning. I called this hotel's front desk to confirm they had AC before booking. However, upon check-in, I discovered the AC was only blowing cold air. The staff insisted I trust them, saying it would get warm after a while, completely ignoring that it was blowing cold! After a long discussion, it was clear they were unwilling or unable to do anything.

This was my second stay here. The hotel has convenient parking, and the breakfast is incredibly rich. The rooms are also very spacious. There's a Chinese restaurant nearby that's also delicious.

Facilities: Newly renovated Cleanliness: Spotless Ambiance: Beautiful overall environment, complete with a rooftop garden Service: Warm and attentive Exceeded expectations, great value for money! 👍 This is hands down the best hotel we encountered during our entire European trip. Great hotel, great location. Asked for tea bags and was told they have no tea bags minor issue). I told reception that we were checking out at midday. I got back to the room at 10.30 to find our bedroom door wide open with all our possessions inside, my wallet and passport sitting on the side and the cleaner in the bathroom. Not acceptable. Anyone could have taken my wallet and passport or our bags and other personal possession’s. I thought it was strange that they have no “do not disturb” signs in the room. This really put a downer on what would otherwise of been a really nice overnight stay. Also - the booking confirmation stated we had a twin room with 2 small double beds. When we got to the room they were singles touching each other. When I questioned this at reception they said they don’t have small doubles. So I asked why they advertised small doubles and they had no idea.

Absolutely amazing hotel and service!!!! Their mattress cured my years long back pain! The staff goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. Great breakfast, even vegan choices. Highly recommend!

The hotel is a bit old; it used to have a different name, but it was renovated and is now a simple business hotel. There's a restaurant downstairs with a limited menu, so it's not very appealing. You can try other restaurants nearby. There's a parking lot downstairs, but it's not part of the hotel and costs €14 per night. Actually, you can look around for free parking spaces nearby, or you can park in front of the hotel.

It’s a pretty new hotel with large rooms and a good location. It’s about 15-20 minutes’ drive from the Mercedes-Benz Museum. The parking lot downstairs is public, but the hotel’s instructions are unclear. Although it’s marked with air conditioning, it’s not found in the room. As for the air outlet, I found a regulator in the toilet that seemed to be an air conditioner but it had almost no effect, so the room was a little stuffy and I had to open the window to solve the problem. You can walk to rewe and pharmacy nearby for 7 minutes' walk, which is convenient for shopping. The sauna and swimming pool facilities on the 5th floor are temporarily suspended, which is very regrettable.

We booked a double bed with a sofa bed and everything was ready when we checked in at 4 p.m. The room was clean and there were enough towels for all family members. The location was very good, but there is no hotel parking, only the public parking garage for a maximum daily price of €14. We were lucky and found a parking space in the side street.
