Hotel correcto, habitaciones amplias , se agradece el aseo y la ducha separado, en este caso una pega fue que me adjudicaron la habitación 51 y el calor era exagerado tal como me explicaron en recepción debido a ser el último piso y tener todo con ventanales y darle el sol todo el día se calentaba muchísimo, no pedir Eda habitación si hace sol, por lo demás, correcto todo en general

Los hoteles son alojamientos con mucha movilidad de personas y por eso se espera una limpieza buena. Estuvimos el fin de semana y nos encontramos con una habitación sucia,sin ventilar,con el cartel en el wc de desinfectado cuando en realidad estaba sucio,polvo,etc. Nos cambiaron de habitación y nos encontamos con otra menos sucia y ademàs tuvimos que pedir toallas de ducha. Es la primera vez que se me quitan las ganas de ir a un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Al menos,la atención del chico de recepción fue muy buena.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas al que le sobran 2, como mínimo. Pésima coordinación entre los empleados. Llegamos a las 11 y hasta las 12.30 no pudimos entrar en habitación. Desayuno escaso y de bajo nivel. Limpieza de la habitación en el límite de lo agradable. Desde luego no al nivel de un 4 estrellas. Las dos habitaciones que nos dieron estaban muy frías, y no supieron dar solución.

Buon hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ci siamo trovati bene. Eravamo qui lungo il cammino. Camera buona, colazione ok. Giardino lungo fiume. Ci è capitata una camera con due finestre ed una delle due tapparelle elettroniche non funzionava. Ex mulino con antica tecnologia a vista per lavorazione farina. Molto caratteristico. Sala Bar e spazi in comune grandi.

Ex mulino, a mia avviso eccellentemente tramutato, affascinante a tratti fa un po' Shining, in accezione positiva. Le forme interne seguono una simmetria accattivante, ampia stanza, personale gentile e disponibile, colazione discreta. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Schönes Hotel auf dem Camino, das Zimmer war groß 2 getrennte Betten und Ausblick auf den Fluß. Es war ruhig, wir konnten bei offenem Fester schlafen. Die Fahrräder konnten wir vor dem Eingang unterstellen, einen versperrten extra Abstellplatz gibt es nicht. Leider war das Wasser aus den Leitungen irgendwie salzig, es konnte nicht einmal zu Zähneputzen verwendet werden. Dafür war das Wasser aus der Minibar kostenlos. Das Frühstück war ok, aber in unseren Augen für 22,-- €etwas teuer.

Hotel estupendo con habitaciones espectaculares pero alejado del centro. Ana, recepcionista venezolana lo mejor del hotel: amable, carñosa, muy educada y resolutiva Me ayudó en cuestión de minutos con un problemilla. La habitación 35 es dúplex. Camas deliosas y muy cómodas. Mucho espacio. Muy recomendable.

Fuimos a hacer una prueba de mtb, y desde que entremos por la puerta nos dieron la oportunidad de guardar las bicis en el establecimiento en vez de dejarlas en el coche. Pocos hoteles te dan esta oportunidad y realmente se ¡agradece muchísimo! Además de ello, el personal es encantador. Muy atentos y agradables en todo momento, además de atender nuestras necesidades personales (se levantaron a primera hora para hacernos el desayuno). En cuento al hotel es un encanto… espectacular. MUCHAS GRACIAS!!!

De entrada, considero, como opiniones anteriores de otros clientes, que no da la talla de un cuatro estrellas Alejado del centro de Estella, con bonito jardín y adecuadas habitaciones aunque algo reducidas de tamaño La falta de empatía es característica apreciada en el personal de recepción No elegí bien; hay otras opciones en Estella más acordes a mis gustos en Estella Relación calidad-precio por debajo de la media
