Struttura datata purtroppo mal tenuta: 8 piani per forse una cinquantina di stanze a piano e solo 3 ascensori! Stanze carine, ma lenzuola con i buchi, tende oscuranti rotte e macchiate di giallo. Il corpo principale sembra un' ospedale: un cubo enorme con balconi che danno su tetti o parcheggio. Il mare NON si vede. 3 piscine carine. La spiaggia piccolissima, mal tenuta con blocchi di cemento delle fognature in mezzo alla sabbia. Mare così così: per entrare nell'acqua sassi anche grandi. 1 boutique quasi sempre chiusa, 1 negozio souvenir e tabacchi aperto poche ore al giorno. Bar che aprono alle 11 di mattina e a mezzanotte (siamo in Spagna) chiude. Personale gentile nella media. Il campo da tennis davanti alla reception è una discarica di materiale edilizio. Ha un potenziale enorme ma necessita di grandi investimenti strutturali per renderlo davvero un 4 stelle. Peccato davvero.

Nuestras estancia en el hotel y la experiencia a sido excelente tanto la atención de todo el personal del hotel , servicio por parte de Fran en el bufet como Lucía siempre atenta en toda nuestra estancia y la animación del hotel siempre invitando a realizar actividades la verdad un servicio de 10 , repetiremos sin dudarlo y recomendamos este hotel para disfrutar de las vacaciones .

O hotel é incrível mas realmente oq que mais me encantou foi a animadora Helena ela é maravilhosa!! Super atenciosa, simpática e muito comunicativa, um encanto. Tivemos uma aula de dança muito divertida. Ela cativa dos mais pequeninos aos mais graúdos. incrível!!

Es un hotel excepcional que recomiendo sin duda. Las instalaciones están muy bien, las habitaciones muy amplias, el servicio de limpieza y restaurante es muy bueno, el personal de animación muy atento y realizando shows de calidad ( el del circo nos encantó). Destacar sin duda la atención recibida por Dimitri, en recepción, tan atento y servicial como siempre, muy profesional y amable, al igual que Aitana (Gex), gracias a ellos siempre que vamos estamos como en casa. Sin duda recomendamos este hotel para ir tanto en familia como en pareja como con amigos. Gracias por todo, volveremos pronto seguro! :)

Started badly, when arriving at the airport we had to wait for 50 minutes in a fume filled underground carpark for two late passengers arriving on a different flight. After all on board argued with the rep he finally let us go. This hotel was last on the transfer so we were tired on arrival. First impressions are ok but rooms are average compared to other 4 star places we’ve stayed. Only one bar really to use unless by the pool or snack bar and don’t miss main meal times, the snack bar is terrible. I’ll try to attach a video of what they offer. We missed the lunch by 15 mins because of the local bus service and all that was on offer was some left over breakfast things some hot dogs, crisps and cakes if you wanted chips or a sandwich you had to pay. On the positive side the staff were really helpful and nice but the star rating is definitely wrong. Only go if you like basic food stuff and staying in the hotel not much outside to do

Lo mejor de todo, los animadores del hotel, nos hemos reído y disfrutado mucho de las actividades con ellos: pilates, aquafitness, yoga, aquagym, baile, poolmats, aquabikking, etc. Habitaciones muy amplias. Servicio de habitaciones muy atento.
