Estepona Holiday Hills

The apar**ent is great! The pool is fantastic. The level of quality is above average. But there is a big BUT: the apar**ents are extremely noisy. Especially if people are sitting on the balcony. You hear every door and toilet flush. The neighbors were talking and laughing out loud and it felt they were in the public hallway in front of our door. But they weren’t. They were in their apar**ent. Sliding chairs, walking or kids running above you… you hear it all until early in the morning. The location is beautiful. Very good gym (although you have to pay for it.) And you have to pay for cleaning which you have to book early as it is too busy. The other guests are a bit more civilized than where we were last year in Estepona. It has a higher standard. It is such a pity that it is so noisy. If you book this be sure you are in one of the top apar**ents. You might suffer less of the noise.

All pools closed until further notice, this is still happening in 2024! Nothing for the children to do , as pools closed by Law re water restrictions. Making it a miserable holiday, and pointless, we are not beach people! Play park on the front, but that’s it!

We stayed here in sep.22 for one week. We absolutely loved it! The appartement is new, modern, spacious. The view from our appartement was towards Estepona and the small pool, which was very nice. The kitchen provided everything you need to make your own meals. Supermarket is a 5 minute drive from Holiday Hills. There was one restaurant opened during our stay, but there was plenty of choice and prices were reasonable. Towel and linen change was 1x per week, which was enough. No need for cleaning after checking out, that is provided for. Make sure to bring kitchen towels etc, they are not included. Reception staff very nice and willing to help. You can also buy tickets to use the very large fitness area at the terrain (€5,- p.p. per visit). There is a washer / dryer combinaton in the pantry behind the kitchen. Also iron and iron board are covered! Enough swimming pools for your entertainment. Location very good for exploring the surroundings of Andalusia. We will definitely come back here!

A very special weekend, spent in a spacious apar**ent with superb sea views. Modern and comfortable rooms, spacious and well-decorated common rooms with access to a communal lawn. Very quiet location, extremely helpful and friendly staff. An experience to be repeated, especially in the off-season.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. Our 3 bed apar**ent was huge with the most gorgeous views over Estepona and the sea. I called reception a couple of times for some minor issues which were resolved instantly and they were really helpful. We went in August 2023 and had no issue whatsoever getting sunbeds, as attached photos show. Staff were friendly and polite. Slightly confusing rules in the pool about toys/floats...sometimes you could have a ball, sometimes they say no and other times they say you can have it but can't play games by the side with it. Estepona is around a 20 min downhill walk which is completely do able but worth noting if you are less mobile. The journey back is a steep uphill walk but we did this with our 3 kids no problem. We did find that local taxis were a lot more expensive for a family of 5 than if we were a 4 but we didnt need to use them much. We'll definitely be returning.

This place isn’t what I expected, we stay in 4/5 star all the time. First, there is not enough sun loungers around the pool. We got up, went to spend a day around the pool, so put our towel down spent at least 2 hours, on the beds then went to the on-site shop. Only to return 20 minutes later to have another person sat on our beds. This is also done by staff, but seems to only be the English that are having there towels removed. There are day bed, which are supposedly booked up 12 months in advance although always empty with mattresses removed. Staff our rude, and unhelpful. Children’s pool but not allowed to play with any pool toys, balls etc. Called reception several times about missing Tv power cable and Ariel’s told someone would return the call but never did… Apar**ent, is reasonable! Very dusty due to on-going work on the next phase, broker blinds, dogs barking and howling all day and night, foot paths have dog poo that haven’t been cleaned in 10 days. Unfortunately, they are not very hospitable to the English, couldn’t do enough when we where enquiring to book, as soon as they had our payment, never wanted to know. We travel to Estepona every year to visit friends and family, will certainly not be returning to this place.

Fantastic accommodation with great facilities and lovely pool. Bar / Restaurant reasonably priced but good quality. Deli was wonderful although a little expensive Reception very helpful Main Town under 10 euro in Taxi which are readily available

We stayed here in August 2022. First time we had been, and we were delighted with the standards. The apar**ent was a high level spec, and was very spacious. The resort felt very premium and had what we needed. The pools were great and the staff even responded to complaints of sunbed reserving, and implemented a new rule so people couldn’t reserve sun beds at 6am. Shows they were listening. We had a car so didn’t mind traveling into estepona, but if we didn’t we may have been restricted. Staff were very polite even when busy. We had a great time as a family and felt as though we were in a high standard resort.

The accommodation is the best I have ever stayed in. The furnishings, towels and toiletries are all of the highest quality. We stayed in a 3-bed apar**ent which had 3 well equipped bathrooms.... Perfect. The whole complex is spectacular and extremely well looked after. A very peaceful resort with 2 pool areas and pool bars for food and drinks. Each and every member of staff is friendly, professional and caters for your every need. The views over Estepona and the hills are beautiful from your balcony. The resort is around a 35 minute walk into Estepona Town and all downhill, but taxis are only around €7 for getting back up. There is a delicatessen on site, but is extremely expensive. We went to Lidl and Aldi to stock up on food and drink. Overall I would most definitely recommend this resort and will definitely stay her again.
