Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Cove

We had an amazing time at this resort. The pool was awesome.Our Condo was very clean and nice! We loved everything about this resort!

Me and my husband were traveling with my 89 year old Mom and thought this would be a good option for us. The worst part of this property is the management team give zero hoots about issues. We had no air 2 of the 3 nights we were there and it was miserable. The first time we called about the ac, they sent maintenance up to fix it. We left hoping when we returned, the 2 bedroom villa would be co pl l. Wrong. We called immediately and they said they would send someone up. We waited and waited and no one showed. After another hot night, we called again and let the receptionist know no one ret. She said she would take care of it. Again, no one showed. As we were leaving or room, the housekeeping staff hovered right in front of our door and didn't move when I was pushing my Mom out in a wheelchair. I brought the issue up again at checkout and while I was there, housekeeping called to complain about the room temperature. I asked that a manager call me. Nothing. I filled out the post stay survey with this same information...no response. I wrote to their customer relations email...no response. My Mom is 89 and it's not acceptable she had to sleep like this. I would never buy one of this location's timeshare because of their crappy customer service. It's sad, the room was beautiful. It was just not okay the ac didn't work. Stay away!

It’s a wonderful, relaxing resort. The grounds and pool area are quite beautiful and the resort staff, friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I would make is that the condition of some of the walls & furniture in the rooms need to be painted and some of the furniture replaced. We stayed there 20 years ago as well, and I believe they still have the same kitchen and flooring as they did at our last stay.

This resort does not allow you to bring any of your own coolers, food or beverages onto the pool deck. You can only consume their food and drinks ordered from their bar and grill. You can't can't bring lunch and drinks for your kids to the pool.

10/10 recommend this place! I’m always very cautious and read every single review, good and bad. We enjoyed our first night so much that we decided to book another night. This is a very family friendly place! The activities that go on throughout each day are an added perk! We did sit thru an hour optional presentation (not pushy at all) and we received a $250 visa gift card. Which we used to stay an extra night!

The good: nice grounds, nice staff, great beach on a island via a boat ride. The room was clean and comfortable even if the building needed an update. The bad: we had to endure a time share presentation from an unpleasant woman who did a terrible job enticing anyone to buy anything.

Fantastic for kids, we had a big two bedroom condo. It was clean, well decorated and welcoming! I would definitely stay there again.

The Hyatt regency was booked down the road so for about the SAME price I got a studio here. The place is old, reeks of mildew , has t been updated since the 90s and I already had a bug in the kitchenette. No bathrobes. Check in wanted me to take a tour for timeshare. The wallpaper is peeling, there are holes in the screens and mildew surrounding the vents. The tile is broken so you get my drift. The pools are great and the lobby nice Haven’t tried the food yet but really don’t want to. Wasn’t shown where fitness center is. No one answered the phone at 1030 pm. I just want to leave - this is a 2 star motel with 4 star pool. I can’t believe it was so expensive!! I would not have paid this amount !!!!! As To safety the gate was wide open when we returned at 10 Pm tonight
