Nos hemos hospedado innumerables veces en este establecimiento. Es un lugar correcto, limpio y agradable aún algunas habitaciones algo ruidosas. La última vez que nos hospedamos hicimos la reserva por teléfono. Se nos dijo un precio de 57€ por noche con desayuno. A la hora de pagar el precio fue 62.5€. Parece ser que nos dijo el precio sin iva y sin la taxa turística. Mi sorpresa fue que cuando le comenté al dueño que sería conveniente decir el precio final para así evitar malos entendidos, me respondió con malos modales, a la defensiva y de manera desagradable. Nos dijo que eso siempre era así y en todos sitios, y que si viajásemos más sabríamos que eso siempre es así. Este señor no sabe que hemos recorrido medio mundo y que quizás el que está desfasado es el. El problema no fueron los 5.5€ de más, que puede ser un mal entendido, sino su respuesta fuera de tono. He leído otras opiniones al respecto y parece ser que la crítica no la lleva demasiado bien. Podemos no estar de acuerdo, pero no hace falta alzar la voz. Una lástima!

A clean, convenient hotel in a beautiful town, close to many restaurants and pubs, and a short drive to Espot and all the hiking trails. Breakfast is basic. The owner is very caring. We had a pleasant stay.

Ubicación perfecta pues según sales estás en la Calle Mayor. También zonas de aparcamiento a escasos metros y restaurantes, supers y cajeros cercanos. La subida al Castillo de Valencia comienza ahí mismo. La habitación perfecta de comodidad, limpieza y espacio. Te hacen la habitación todos los días. La única pega que se escuchan los ruidos de fuera y de habitaciones contiguas. El desayuno muy muy bueno pues es variado y puedes comer todo lo que te apetezca. Te sirven los dueños con amabilidad, atención y rapidez. Los dueños muy amables, atentos y preocupados por nuestra comodidad. RECOMENDABLE
