We arrived tired from traveling no shampoo in bath. Room very hot, after i turned it down AC would not shut off room was at 16 then it shut down quit working altogether. My wife was awaken after 1 hour of sleep many bed bugs bites We killed many on our bed and our sons. My wife went to front desk to complain they claimed they had no idea. My son had in excess of 50 bites wife about twenty Do not stay there

I stayed for one night, and had no complaints. The hotel was quiet, clean, and well maintained. The temperature was perfect for a summer night, and breakfast had a wide variety of options. No real complaints, especially for the price.

Clean, big rooms with kitchenette’s, friendly staff. Great service and good hot continental breakfast. Our job finished earlier than expected and there was no issue checking out early. As far as I’m concerned. This is the best place to stay in Estevan!!

Stayed for 3 nights for a family gathering that included video display options in a small meeting room. The Rough Rider Room was perfect for us. Very clean, and everything was set up ahead of time exactly as I requested. Our bedroom suite also more than met our needs. Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Ask for CAA discount when booking.

We were traveling to the US and wanted to overnight in Estevan before crossing. We arrived quite late and found this place via Trip Advisor and gave it a try. The front desk staff was amazing. Super friendly and helped us with an awesome room and great deal. Our room was spacious with a large kitchen and comfy beds. The breakfast could be better, the items were cold and not a lot of selection. However when the staff were told the “hot” items were cold, they made fresh ones eh it was appreciated. We were so happy with our experience here that when we came back across the border two weeks later, we stayed here again. We would recommend this hotel and will stay again when we are back in the area.

We needed a place to stay for a local wedding. The room was clean and had a great kitchenette. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. If we need to return to Estevan, we would stay here again.

Front desk did their job, but appeared bored and not welcoming. The breakfast was not the best. The eggs were dried out with a light crust on the outside, no hot water for tea or the porridge, only 1 yogurt, the sausages burnt. The 2 pitchers of juice was all ice and it had spilled everywhere, the kitchen staff were busy wiping clean table and visiting with house keeping out the side kitchen door, so I don’t know how she did wipe up the juice mix or restock the yogurt: They also didn’t look happy to be cleaning or to be there. This was at 8 AM and there weren’t any other guests eating.

Rooms are great. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen area was an added bonus for our family gathering. Will stay there again for sure!
