Este hotel está muy lejos de las 4 estrellas que presenta. Quizás hace 20 años le correspondían, pero a día de hoy presenta las instalaciones antiguas, la habitación estaba limpia pero muy desgastada. Incluso la tarima del suelo, hasta los azulejos del baño desgastados.

Hôtel très bien placé avec une vue exceptionnelle donnant sur la mer et la montagne. Les chambres sont très grandes avec une grande terrasse donnant sur mer et montagne. Petits déjeuners au top. Personnel très sympa et serviable. Nombreux restaurants à proximité, très bons et abordables. Proche de toutes commodités

Très bon accueil par l'hôtesse, arrivé de nuit. Chambre avec terrasse, literie confortable. décor vieillissant. Petit déjeuner très bon, avec des produits très frais, café excellent. Personnel de service, très disponible. Service d'étage parfait. Parking couvert inclus dans la réservation. Restaurant dans le parc est à faire. Spécialité portugaise ou autre. Personnel très attentionné, apéritif maison, plat poisson et petit légume, pizza, verre de vin rouge. Repas avec des produits frais et assiette copieuse.

Beautiful hotel and gardens with lots of old world charm! Wonderful breakfast and service with a variety of food to choose from. Service was excellent! Ana at front desk was very pleasant and took care of our needs. Norberto was wonderful at the outdoor bar.

El personal muy amable y atento, el sitio es muy bonito y las vistas preciosas, necesita renovar un poco, su bufete no pasa del aprobado y la limpieza de la habitación podría ser bastante mejor.

Unfortunately the air condition system wasn’t working in our room while we stayed, and the room was terribly hot all the time! So, we hardly sleept at all. Since we paid for an air conditioned room we didn’t get what we wanted. Maybe the manager should think some refund.
