This was a repeat visit to this hotel as we had such an enjoyable stay there last year. However we were rather disappointed in the condition of the relaxation whirlpools this time around. The jets were not working in the upper pool and the lower pool had several leaks and the shower head did not work.

O melhor quarto e o melhor pequeno-almoço nos últimos anos. Sossego máxio e simpatia e eficiência das pessoas, em abundância. E o piano na sala de estar, para quem puder aproveitar e praticar um pouco. Vale a pena vir em casal, em família, ou sozinho. Existem opções para acomodar todas as sensibilidades.

Beautiful hotel and village. Ideally should be an Adult Only hotel as noisy children spoil it for everyone in the enclosed pool area! Screaming and shouting spoils it and takes away from the possibility to relax!! So annoyed. If you are lucky enough to stay while no children here its sublime! Restaurant very casual and delightful staff. Food oversalted so ask for no salt!!! Delightful reception girl Theresa!! Very informative and knowledgeable! Would love to stay except for noisy spoilers of kids!!!! Beautiful Spa too! Perfect for those lycra men

Há anos que desejávamos ir a Vila Viçosa por ocasião da festa da Imaculada Conceição, o que conseguimos concretizar em 2023. Ficámos no Marmòris de 6 a 10 e valeu bem a pena, pelo hotel e pela coincidência com a realização da semana gastronómica da caça!!! O acolhimento é fora do normal, quer pela cortesia, quer pelas detalhadas informações que nos são prestadas, quer - finalmente - pela visita guiada que nos é proporcionada. Tivemos o privilégio de ficar no quarto 4, o que contribuiu definitivamente para que ficássemos com muita vontade de voltar. Utilizámos todos os dias a piscina e os poços, o que foi muito agradável e não menos reconfortante. O pequeno almoço era muito variado, privilegiando produtos locais, e a chefe de sala dos 3 primeiros dias evidenciou características muito pouco vulgares em hotelaria, extremamente atenciosa, muito atenta, muito expedita e muito eficaz.

Agradecer a hospitalidade do Luís da recepção do hotel, muito disponível. Agradecer o upgrade feito na estadia, pois em ocasião especial Lua de Mel fomos prendados com esta surpresa e com tratamento VIP incluindo espumante e morangos com chocolate no quarto, fantástico!!!! Pequeno almoço muito bom quer na variedade como na qualidade. Spa embora funcional com algumas deficiências no seu funcionamento. Na piscina jato não funciona e hidromassagem na piscina inoperativa. Temperatura da água 30°C Mesmo assim não belisca a ótima estadia. Check in quinta check out sábado. Para quem pretende descansar desaconselho fim de semana muitas criançinhas implica muito ruidinho!!! Infelizmente os pais acham que as crianças podem fazer o mesmo que os adultos embora esteja escrito e visível as regras do Spa, há sempre uma mãe ou pai ou avó que diz é só um bocadinho e mais uns guinchinhos numa zona supostamente de silêncio, enfim... Quarto com insonorização deficiente, infelizmente na 2a noite o hóspede de cima muito ruído, parecia que estava num apartamento com tanta agitação. Contudo adorei a estadia. 5* Almoço ou jantar sempre com marcação aconselho vivamente o espiga em Borba 10 minutos de carro.
