Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, kind and helpful, and really superb management. Dinner was outstanding- we had the quail and sea bass .incredible views, fun room, cool history. beautiful special unique stay, highly recommend!

Estuvimos hospedados en la pousada y nos encantó todo! Buscábamos un lugar donde disfrutar en familia y salir de la monotonía y la verdad es que acertamos en todo, el castillo de ensueño y la habitación superior familiar super grande, con todas las comodidades que se busca en éstos casos. El desayuno muy variado y de calidad, y la cena en el gran salón, una pasada, productos de 1 calidad y contundentes. No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, por el tiempo, pero estaba cuidada y tratada. El personal super amable y en todo momento, encima de nosotros para atender cualquier necesidad que nos surgiese. Sin duda alguna, repetiremos muy pronto. Gracias.

Ambiente e decoração em sintonia com um csstelo, o que nos permite imaginar a regressar awueles temposs. Staff muito simpático e disponível. Muito bom pequeno almoço, e amenities de qualidade. No Verão irei regressar. Aconselho a experiência.

Unique pousada in ancient castle full of old art of all kinds, gorgeous majestic rooms. Wonderful ambience and styles. Spacious rooms with beautiful bathroom and supplies. Delicious breakfast. Delicious dinner and wines. Great spot for taking excursions to other historic towns, wine tasting etc in the Alentejo area. This is a treat

I am sitting in my room in my coat as the heating is abysmal. There is a thermostat, but apparently it is just to turn the ‘heating’ on or off. There is one small heating vent in the room and the amount of heat emitted is almost non existent. The radiator in the bathroom is not working at all. The receptionist has tried her best and has brought a portable radiator. This purports to be a ‘luxury’ hotel. I think not

A beautiful hotel and great service. You really feel you are in a castle. Breakfast was very good. Dinner in the restaurant was below expectations, I think they are understaffed. Overall a must see hotel to stay in. Walking distance from many restaurants.

Linda experiência de se hospedar em um Castelo. As instalações estão impecáveis, o quarto espaçoso, o café da manhã é ótimo e toda a equipe muito atenciosa. Tomar logo no bar uma experiência única, pela arquitetura e paisagem. Se vc estiver de carro, o estacionamento é gratuito. Voltarei, com certeza.

Très belle prestation. Ce Palacio est chargé d'histoire et richement meublé / décoré. N'hésitez pas à grimper au sommet de la Tour, même si balayée par le vent. Service Classe et tarifs très honnêtes en comparaison à d'autres Pousadas. Ça m'avait un peu gêné que le système nous force à réserver 2 nuits, mais finalement, on a pu mieux profiter des salons, du bar, de l'atmosphère, etc. Côté restaurant, on a juste pris un dîner léger mais on a été un peu déçus : salade de quinoa pas assaisonnée et terrine de lapin primée mais loin de ce que j'avais imaginé. Ça ne nous a pas incités à y revenir. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec tous les produits de bain dont on peut rêver. Parking sur la place devant le Palacio.
