Foi uma agradável surpresa, não conhecia, mas recomendo. Um bom aproveitamento deste convento, que de fora não parece ser tão espaçoso. Além do mais tem um jardim muito agradável, com piscina e bar de apoio, que é suficiente para refrescar o viajante mais afoito, após percorrer os arredores numa visita pelos campos alentejanos.

Diese Pousada ist ein historisches Kleinod mit eindrucksvoller Architektur, schönen großzügigen Zimmern und bietet sich für Ausflüge in die Umgebung sowie Entspannung am Pool an. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Frühstück und Abendessen waren von sehr guter Qualitiät und die die Mitrabeiter im Restaurant und an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Pousada cheia de história, muito bonita, decoração requintada, ideal para famílias que procuram descanso, com excelentes espaços de lazer e um excelente pequeno-almoço. Ainda por cima localizada numa Vila encantadora, onde se dão excelentes passeios. O clima não engana, sempre bom tempo.

De Pousada ligt aan een groot plein naast het paleis. Bij aankomst (16 uur) waren onze kamers nog niet klaar. De receptionist zou ons bellen als ze klaar waren. Rond kwart voor vijf toch maar even geïnformeerd. De kamers waren net klaar, het bleken twee kamers helemaal boven in het gebouw te zijn. Twee bedompte kamers met slechts een klein raampje. Helemaal niet de kamers die we geboekt hadden, dus terug naar de receptie. Daar kregen we meteen twee nieuwe sleutels, nu gelukkig twee ruime kamers met een dakterras. 's Avonds in het hotel gegeten maar het eten was niet echt geweldig, ook viel het ons op dat de bediening geen woord Engels sprak. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid maar wel erg rommelig. Het zwembad was heerlijk, zeker omdat het erg warm was. Voldoende ligbedjes en een barretje.

No ano passado eu e a minha família deixamos Vila Viçosa a prometer voltar a esta pousada pela excelente experiência que tivemos. Porém, este ano deixamos a pousada a prometer NUNCA mais voltar. Tudo começou quando chegamos (16h30) e soubemos que 1 dos quartos ainda não estava pronto - é descrito no site que o check-in inicia às 15h - e que teríamos de esperar. Esta situação fez com que tivéssemos de nos acomodar todos no único quarto disponível, o que condicionou a família toda - 2 pessoas de irem visitar a Vila e outras 2 pessoas de ir à piscina. Isto porque, só existia uma chave e todos queríamos a nossa privacidade. Por ter passado algum tempo desde que tinha sido feito o check-in decidimos ir à receção perguntar pelo quarto e o que poderia ser feito. Foi-nos respondido que iriam presionar as senhoras da limpeza para se despacharem. Referimos que tal não era necessário, compreendemos que estão a fazer o seu trabalho e que têm a pousada cheia e muito a fazer, mas que não poderiamos padecer de tal situação. Perguntamos se seria possível ter outro quarto devido à inconveniência que estávamos a passar e foi-nos dito que apenas nos poderiam pedir desculpa. Além disto, os colchões eram bastante desconfortáveis e um dos quartos tinha muito pó. Ao ir embora, não nos foi perguntado se tínhamos gostado aliás, não nos foi perguntado nem dito nada. Respondeu ao Bom dia e assim foi. O valor pago não justifica a situação toda. Foi uma desilusão.

Pousada maravilhosa com ambiente mágico !Só tive uma noite neste antigo convento mas gostaria que tivesse sido mais dias.Senti verdadeiramente uma paz neste hotel.Recepção muito calorosa e simpática.Pequeno almoço muito variado com boas opções de queijos regionais e charcutaria e para os mais preocupados com a saúde optimos iogurtes gregos cereais e mel.Quarto bastante grande e com uma linda decoração e com uma higiene irrepreensível.Toda a experiência fez me sentir num filme da época.Piscina muito agradável e área envolvente muito bonita.Voltarei mas dessa vez vários dias!Obrigada
