The location is everything, right in front of the beach. Love the theme of Jules Vernes (name of hotel) and Arsène Lupin which resonated in the rooms. Both of whom had strong associations with Étretat. The building has a very iconic façade.
We had a village-facing room as the sea-facing ones were not available during booking but it had also a pretty decent view. Coffee provided at the hallway at one's disposal. Tea in the room. No AC, so very warm and stuffy at night, could hardly sleep. Wouldn't recommend opening the windows cos of mozzies.
Breakfast spread was generous and delicious. Huge croissants! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I really loved this hotel; it faces the sea, and the weather is beautiful. The only downside was the really big waves at night, which sounded a bit scary. Parking was inconvenient; it was almost impossible to find a spot in the back parking lot. Parking is free from 7 pm to 9 am, but quite expensive at other times.

Very good hotel. Building has a lot of character. Beautiful wooden spiral staircase to your rooms. Rooms have good shower. Bed comfortable. Clean and quirky hotel. Loved it. Staff friendly and speak English but hey try your French. Free WiFi, free tea and coffee in room, free toiletries. Large carpark out of town, 10 minute walk into Etrtat. Pay at carpark machine 7.50 euro for overnight stay. Toilets in carpark.

The hotel is located just a few steps from the beach which was great. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and the room was clean and comfortable. Many restaurants around the area and hotel has its own restaurant too.

Incredible view from balcony, charming room with four poster bed, a tub, a towel heater, great breakfast option, and really soft fluffy towels! No elevator, but the attendant sprinted our baggage up the steep stairs. Parking is not convenient at all.
