Close to the station, major tourist attractions can be easily reached by metro. Also, there is a restaurant next door, so the location is very good. However, the walls were thin, so I couldn't get a good night's rest because of the loud noises from neighbors coming and going and the cleaning on the floor above at 8am.

The advantages of the hotel are its location. Close to transport, cafes, shops, attractions. Polite staff. Comfortable beds in the room. Breakfast for 9 euros. Sufficient number of towels.
Disadvantages: cigarette smell through the ventilation, stained bedspread, one socket in the room, no heating, the room was cold (October after all).

Room clean. Very dated but was OK as we didn't spent alot of time in it. But I would suggest increasing power sockets as there was only one and adding a air-conditioning unit. Didn't sleep both nights due to heat. Had 6 cold showers during night.

This hotel can be said to be one of the few very satisfactory hotels in my entire trip to Europe. There is a train station downstairs from the hotel. The transportation is very convenient. It is only a few stops away from Brussels Square. There are many restaurants downstairs, transportation and Food and drinks are very convenient, and the most important thing is that the room has a balcony. The view from the window is really beautiful, and the front desk service is also very good. Although it is required to hand the key to the front desk when going out to play, it actually does not matter about safety. If I have the opportunity to go to Brussels again, I will stay there again.

All the front staff were very kind.
The front desk was horribly narrow, but it wasn't a problem.
There are no refrigerators or plates, so it's for people who mostly eat out. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, and places to eat light meals nearby.
The shower worked fine and the water pressure was good, but the shower wasn't facing down and when I hung it on the rack, the shower stopped working.
Bette was worried about the ticks, but she was fine for a few days. I was worried about not having air conditioning because I get hot, but the nights were comfortable and I didn't have any problems at all.
It was very quiet at night, perfect for people who need a good night's sleep. On the subway, exit 8 is the closest.
