This is my first stay at this hotel, but it was amazing! This hotel is nearby the station, so If you are going to take a train, It is the best hotel to stay. The room was little bit dark, but the interior was so unique and clean. I will choose this hotel next time.

My second time staying here and the service and attention to details are already declining. The guy who checked me in said no more than two words to me—he was very awkward and it seemed like he’d never done the job before. The bathroom had no shower curtain liner and I let the front desk know right away but as of my check-out, it hadn’t been addressed. The shower drain was also clogged... Little things that are no big deal in isolation but when you put them together, they make you wonder what’s happening.

I would encourage others to try out the Graduate hotel chain! Even though they are a chain, they personalize every detail and localize the rooms, bar area, even the bathrooms. The bar staff and front desk staff were fabulous!

We were visiting Eugene to tour University of Oregon with my daughter. This hotel was in the perfect location to the airport and University. It decorated so cute, we were taking pictures of all the ducks through out the hotel. We ate at both the Trophy Room and Poindexter's Cafe. The food was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.
