The staff was excellent. The place is very nice looking but they rent out their parking to events across the street which caused a problem. We got there to find only one stop available to parking and it wasn’t ADA complaint making it extremely difficult for my ada person to get out. The spot was so small and had a support post at the edge that the passenger had to get out because there was no way to once parked. It is in the busy downtown area making traffic a nightmare. The staff was helpful in helping us cancel the reservation with ******* specially since ******* was being so difficult. I can’t say enough positive about how great the front desk person was.

They claim they are pet friendly but only allow dogs and require a $25 non refundable pet deposit per pet and then charge for extra vehicles. One of our pets had an accident and I used their towel to clean it up and hand washed the towel clean but was still charged a $15 fee for it...so what's the pet deposit for if your charging 15 for a "stained towel" that could easily been passed off as a dirt covered towel? They literally nickle and dimed us. A $69 night after taxes turned into 145 plus after we stayed.

Love the rooms beds were comfortable. Room was good size the bathroom was on small size but had alot of hot water and shower pressure was good. Front desk people were went above and beyond with check in and check out. We would stay there again.

Front desk clerk, Bobby, i think, was amazing! He needs a raise! Room is decent. Floors are a bit dirty. I wish there were more bath towels and wash, but over all it's a green place. Especially for the price. I would stay here again. I bad thing, the internet keeps kicking me off. That might be because of the recent ice storm, however.
