Property owner seems very nice. The bathrooms were nice and newly remodeled, but the water was cold. Rooms were not the cleanest and a bit outdated but not a terrible spot to stay for the price.

Beds were dirty, and nothing about the facility was inviting, comfortable or made us feel safe. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and we paid almost $200 because there was a concert in town. I am not someone who leaves negative reviews, but I wish I had slept in my car rather than pay that much to stay there

The room was ok but the location was not so good. Right on a busy road. It was overpriced for what they offered. This should be an $89 motel, not $140.

This place was very nice for the price - comfortable, recently remodeled, clean, large mini-fridge. It is, however, located right in the middle of the dorm district, so there are a lot of rowdy college students around at night. The soundproofing is what you'd expect from a motel in this price range, so I recommend earplugs.

Room was nice and clean. However, due to our room location and property being located on a main street traffic noise can be heard at night time...but it also made it convenient to walk to restaurants.

The hotel was convenient, however it is in very Poor condition. They had a lot of junk, broken furniture outside the hotel rooms and in the lobby when you walked in it was dirty, there was a shoe rack with shoes, totally unwelcoming. The area felt unsafe.
