It’s a good inn. The room is beautiful and clean. It’s a valuable place to stay. However, my living building doesn't have an elevator and the poor Wi-Fi.

We have stayed here a handful of times and it’s always great. The free breakfast could use a little love but otherwise it’s a great location and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

I had a great last minute stay at Hayward Inn. It was very clean and quiet with plenty of parking. The only issue was that the staircase near my room was closed off for the two days I was there for painting, and there was no elevator. I wasn’t told that so I had all my bags with me and had to lug everything up 3 flights of stairs which was not near my room.

Did not like that there was not an elevator and breakfast served later than most.
Food average. Biscuits were so hard that a knife & fork wouldn't cut it

The hotel is very clean and staff are very courteous. It's across the street from Matthew Knight arena and has quite a few restaurants within walking distance. The only problem I encountered was spotty WiFi. Other than that, it's a great place to stay and we will definitely be back.

There were ants in the bed and elsewhere in the room. The toilet was clogged. The room was not clean.
