Friendly check in, staff was very nice. Room was clean. Although I normally do not like to stay in hotels that open to the parking lot, this had a really good vibe and was close to restaurants. This was a business trip, but I could see staying here after a Duck Game.

We arranged a late check in, and were greeted by the owner. The room was above expectations with the small touches included. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy. The only recommendation I would have would be to include a small coffee maker. Other than that, this definitely rates a 10!!

The location is situated in an undesirable location. Aside from this the beds are awful. My back and neck were still for the few days that we were there. Aside from this, it's a below than average hotel.
